    If you have a balcony in the room can you smoke on it?
    We don't smoke so we didn't actually ask that question, however we were definitely told at check in that it is a non-smoking hotel. Staff made it very clear, best thing to do is to call them.

    Are there plug ins for block heaters in your parking lot?
    Parking is underground and heated so you shouldn't need a block heater.

    HI there looking between booking here and the aava? Stuck between the two of them. There around the same price but aava has offer for free parking on one of the hotel chain websites. But then people have also left reviews saying it was very loud. But then here it is $24 a day for parking which is bringing the hotel accommodation up to $100 more, Ild rather stay here but $100 more just to park our seems steep. Any advice?
    Hi, There is also a free parking area not to far from the hotel. You can park, unload and then move your car to the free parking area. The hotel lobby has all the information. Greetings Jan
