My family and I stayed in the loft suite for two nights and liked the hotel. It was not a perfect stay, but it definitely was a very good one. Here is what we liked: The room was spacious and clean. The kitchenette was great to cook some meals in. The location is very convenient as it it in the...

Have stayed here a few times now for various running race weekend getaways with girlfriends. Love the location and that we have a pool and hot tub. Previous stays have been great value for service, location, and amenities; however, we were here for Tough Mudder this time and were disappointed at such a significant rate increase simply because it is...

Thank you very much for your review and for your ongoing loyalty in the Crystal Lodge. I don't disagree with you that the rates for the Tough Mudder weekend had increased this past year. There were a couple of reasons for this beyond just the popularity of that event as there are more and more people that have realized the...

Travel alone all the way from Hong Kong, upon arrival to see the very nice and warm frontline staff in the hotel. The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Excellent location to access the bike park, restaurant and bar. Overall great experience!! Last but not the least, the Bellman (sorry I forgot his name) recognised me even outside...

We are so pleased that you felt the hotel overall exceeded your expectations and that the efforts of one of our bellman left such a profoundly positive impression of your experience. Nothing bad to report about this hotel. Finding the underground parking is a little tricky so ask for a map before you go. Once booked in the hotel the exit out to the back stairs leads you right into the heart of Whistlers shops and restaurants. Old Spaghetti factory in hotel and although I didn't eat there I did frequent...

Thank you for your detailed review of the Crystal Lodge. As you have mentioned, we have a wide variety of restaurants and bars in the hotel from the family and price savvy Old Spaghetti Factory to the fine dining (yet approachable) Basalt Wine & Salumeria and almost anything you could ever want in between. The staff are fantastic and the rooms were great, loved the large King bed. Location is in the heart of the Village and close to everything you want to see and do. Basalt Wine + Salumeria was fantastic.

Thank you for choosing to stay at the Crystal Lodge following your recent Golf Getaway to Whistler. As a golfer myself the variety of courses offered in the Sea to Sky Corridor is second to none and although there are some seasons that they take a little longer to get into world-class condition, this year all the courses were in...

All-around excellent experience. You can't beat the combination of location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, and comfy beds at the Crystal. We initially had some trouble opening the door to our balcony. Called the front desk with our silly question, and they made us feel less silly by talking us through the process :) Bike storage was a nice touch for...

We are pleased that you plan on returning to the Crystal Lodge. I will also let you know that I have never seen the lock style that we have in our North wing patio doors anywhere else in the world thus I too get tricked up by these on occasion! We look forward to welcoming you back in the near...

We stayed at this hotel in May and loved it. The only thing I would recommend is staying in any of their suites. We had one night in a standard room which was nice and renovated but it was extremely small. And the part of the building it was in was a little "dingy" other than that I would stay...

Friendly staff, location, nice room, outdoor pool and hot tub. I have stayed in this hotel before, and I will come back again. The staff at the check in counter was very helpful. Parking is extra cost, but easy to follow, and convenient.

Chrystal Lodge hospitality began when we arrived at the front desk . Our assigned room was not ready , so instead of having to wait we were automatically upgraded to an available room. The location of the Lodge is perfect for being right in the middle of the Village activity. Everyone we encountered was very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the late night noise coming from the partiers in the Village but that is not the Lodge's problem - just bring earplugs.
