Very nice hotel with great suite and fully equipped kitchen. Hottub in the room was great. Walking distance from village center. Parking available but not free. Elevators are a bit dated and slow. No stairs from higher floors directly to lobby.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room was great with a kitchenette which we didn't need to use but it was good to know we could. A lovely Italian restaurant right next door which I would highly recommend.

Excellent service and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. Location excellent. Wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the facilities a bit more.

My wife and I stayed overnight for meetings in Whistler. The Pinnacle had a very nice room with a soaker tub right next to the bed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Lots of room to entertain or just relax.

I booked a standard studio, but was upgraded to the deluxe studio for my one night stay. The accommodation was excellent.Modern bathroom and he kitchen were spotless clean. The bed was comfortable and had beautiful sheets. I liked the fireplace. The room also had a jaccuzi tub. I planned to use the shuttle to reach ski lifts, but unfortunately the...

Jacuzzi in the room wasn't as bizarre as I thought it would be. Having a kitchenette was helpful. Location was better than I thought. Smell in the lobby and hallways (due to restaurant) wasn't so pleasant but thankfully rooms did not smell.

Room presents well, nicely furnished, good kitchen, nice shower, good bed, no major cleanliness issues, good patio. No noise from other rooms. Room service available but $$$$. Pets welcome. Like so many hotels it suffers from poor TV issues -- not really HD and stretched to fit widescreen, etc. Whistler generally suffers from loud partiers after the bars close, making...

Excellent room - comfortable and the kitchen was sufficiently stocked for preparation of meals. The location was convenient to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. Also, the shuttle stop was right outside the hotel to take skiers to the lifts.

Stayed here over New Year as part of a Contiki Tour. Due to the extreme cold at the time we were in Whistler we spent a lot of time at the hotel in between hitting the slopes. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning on a trip to Whistler. The foyer is warm and inviting with staff at...
