I would have to say that booking this whole trip was very frustrating. The trip advisors didn't seem to know very much. We pretty much had to do their job for them. The hotel itself was fine but trying to call the front desk for an extra towel was almost impossible. The line would ring and ring forever. The phone...

Stayed here for a few nights, staff were very helpful and friendly and the car park was a secure underground but well lit one. Our room was well kitted out with bath and shower, full well supplied kitchen. Pull down bed and cable tv. I could imagine it to be quite cosy in the winter months due to there being...

We booked this Place for A last minute off season trip to Whister. Room 114 was small and dark. It smelled of mildew. The bedspread/duvet was stinky and caused allergies to flare. Tub had black mold and was missing tiles. Price was good, pool was nice and staff were helpful. Sheets and towels were clean. As in other reviews -...

We had a one bedroom suite in the glacier lodge. It was right in the action of the weekend farmers market which was great. The room had been updated in the kitchen and bathroom but the carpet looked extremely old and the furniture was an eclectic mix of country cottage pieces.

We recently stayed at the Glacier Lodge in a one bedroom and loft. I quickly learned that the key word 'den' means a tiny room with no windows and a 'loft' is a smaller space high up that might be a bit scary with children (there are banisters). Our room was fine but the kitchen was not up to scratch....

No airconditioning in our hotel unit during the hot spell was a bummer for sleeping! I also believe a parking stall should be included within the hotel unit costs. The security for the bike lockup room could be a little tighter, it seems anyone can ask for the bike room key and gain access to the bike storage room.

This was a great place to stay. A short walk from the main village, but far enough removed that you don't have to deal with loud evening crowds. We loved the hiking, walking and riding the gondolas. The hotel had a great pool for afternoon swims and umbrellas when it rained. Overall we had a great time.

This is the second time I have stayed at the Glacier Lodge. The price is great with the 3rd night stay free. We also loved having a full kitchen, pool, and DVD player for the kids. A few downfalls- this lodge is at the base of Blackcomb so the walk into the Village isnt the easiest. There was no air...
