We had a great stay at the Alenglow Lodge. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the mountains from the Balconey. Walking distance to everything. Loved staying in the village. Great location right across from our favorite Crepe place and an awesome coffee shop. Would definitely recomment and stay again.

Enjoyed a week at Whistler with this as our base. No complaints other than empty reception desk during times management claims reception is staffed (9 a.m. - 11 a.m., for one) - at reception and also responding here to a similar complaint. Checkout is at 10 a.m. and we turned up at the desk at 9:55 a.m. Nobody in sight.... More

We loved the location. Short walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment activities. The studio can use some updating but overall it fits the needs. Our studio faced the forest side, therefore it was very quiet. There are many wonderful restaurants close by.

Just good - good value for money, the main problem was that reception was often not attended either in person or by phone. Also coffee was limited in the room to two capsules and then $1 per capsule after that with no facility to make your own. On the plus side the room and bed were comfortable. Suggest you ask... More

We go to Whistler often to visit our kids, and we don't need a fancy hotel - just a nice, quiet place to stay that's not expensive and is conveniently located. The Alpenglow is our go-to. The studio suites are small, but they have everything we need to be comfortable, and we like that we can park the car beneath... More

This hotel is well situated in Whistler Village, it's a short walk to great restaurants, shopping, outdoor skating and skiing. Alpenglow is great basic value oriented accommodation (some reviewers here seem to be expecting a full service Hilton experience -its not about that.
