The location of the hotel is excellent, right in the middle of the village and there is also a car park beneath, although this was about $12 per night for residents. The reception staff varied from good to quite poor. This was our first visit to Whistler since 2007 and it

A last minute gift my husband gave himself - we booked 4 weeks beforehand for the period post Xmas so expectations were low but we were very surprised. Pros : location, location, location. Ski storage on site. Good sized rooms for price - we had 2 for 5 people. Kitchenette

Perfect Location: 2 ½ min walk to the Whistler or Excalibur Gondolas. Perfect sized room: Two bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living room space served us perfectly. And the kitchen was lovely and clean with everything we needed. It’s not the most modern-looking room, but

Hi Stephanie, My apologies. Can I suggest coming to talk to the front desk please and we can go from there? We can definitely have maintenance come and look at your window, but from your posted question I don't know which room you're in. Thanks, Phil Manager

Thanks Danni G and Hi Lelly57, That is correct, the fridges are half size, so definitely bigger inside than your typical hotel bar fridge. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate! Best regards, Phil Guest Services Manager

Hi smkasper, We have removed the DVD players from all of the rooms in the building as they're seldom used nowadays, but we still have some and can certainly be setup in the room is requested. We don't rent snowshoes ourselves, but we can definitely point you in the right direction! Please don't hesitate to contact us for more information. Best regards, Phil Guest Services Manager

Hi Nic, Apologies for the late reply. Unfortunately we do not have that type of equipment. I was looking into the potential rental of something with a company we use and they have them, but they are 'pressure-mounted,' and not rated to be at the top of stairs, so I can't exactly recommend their use. If you need any further information, please don't hesitate to contact us directly. Best regards, Phil Guest Services Manager

Where should we park?
Convenient underground parking at the hotel cost extra. You can arrange it with the hotel. Not sure about the DVD player...I doubt that they include them, but check with the hotel.

"Book a franchised hotel. That way you would know before hand what you would be getting."
"If you are a light sleeper ask for a room on the quiet side."
"With Whistler, don't go by room rate alone as property fees can sometimes be as much if not more and parking fees also vary by property."
"Take the room facing the roadside as the rooms facing the inside gets nosier in the evening and late nite."
"All rooms are above ground and the backside would be quieter."
