Great location. Around the corner from the Capitol theatre. Very modern and great staff. This hotel would not be suitable for seniors or anyone with mobility issues. You have to carriage luggage up two flights of stairs. Great continental breakfast room that is open 24 hours. This is not a place to stay if you want some rest and relaxation....

At 10:30 my boyfriend and I checked in. The lady checking us in was very nice probably since she was off at 11pm because there is no staff on site all night because they lock the doors. They also provide a phone number to call. The room was very nice and modern. My boyfriend thought the bed was a bit...

My Husband and I spent the night here as a getaway. It was classy, tidy, and clean. The stairs were steep and lugging suitcases up wasn't fun, but that was the only drawback for us. The shower was huge, the bathroom counter spacious, the lights were bright and everything sparkled. I would absolutely stay here again!

I wish I could find more places like this when I travel outside of Moncton. We had a beautiful room, with a very comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and willing to help us in any way. If we ever do a stay-cation again, this will be our first pick.

Yes, as others have written, it's not the most quiet of places. It's above a restaurant/bar. But, we stayed during the colder season so, we didn't hear it as bad and we kept the TV music on all night. The room was amazing! We had a corner room with windows and the bed was built into it. A full glass...

This is a hidden gem for sure. The bed is the most comfortable I have ever had in a hotel. Room has a great set up. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Had to print some docs etc and there was no hesitation to get that done for me. The restaurant I enjoyed for dinner last night on a beautiful...

Lovely boutique hotel with an awesome location in the city. Room has a very comfortable bed, a fridge and the bathroom floors are heated which is a nice touch. Some rooms have jacuzzi tubs! The staff is friendly and very accommodating. The only issue is the pub below has live entertainment every night until 2am and you can hear it...

It's a shame. This is a really nice hotel. The staff were friendly - despite not having anyone available on site after 11 PM (I'll get back to that). The rooms were spacious and clean. There was only one real problem and that was the noise from the bar below. The patio was loud and they have bands playing till...

Having read a lot of the reviews prior to booking the hotel I decided to take the risk of the good v bad reviews and book, and I'm glad we did. Whilst not a plush establishment the place is clean and friendly. Joey on the desk checked us in, then out again 3 days later and knew who I was...

I was in Moncton on a business trip over the holidays. It always sucks when your away from home over Christmas but for this trip my company sent my wife with me. The St James was a great Hotel that really helped with the overall trip. Its a small boutique hotel but it really does hit all the marks. Clean,...
