The rooms and bathrooms are definitely dated and need some upgrades, but it is quiet! This was a big plus for us having small kids who go to bed early and nap during the day. Our room got quite hot in the early evening 5-7pm but the staff was accommodating and brought us a fan. Any issues we had were...

The room was clean but needs some painting. Decor needs to be updated. The rooms are due for a good makeover and the bathroom to be upgraded. Good room services. Nice beds. The staff is welcoming and helpful.

This hotel has all of my "must haves" for a good hotel. Quiet. I was on third floor (looking towards lake) and heard no noise from inside or outside hotel, even with people returning from Aurora trips at 2 a.m. Comfortable firm bed. Dresser with 4 drawers and beside each bed a night table with drawer and additional shelf. Safe...

Located a short walk into central Yellowknife. Good rooms and nice restaurant offer good range of local foods. Was even able to walk to Snowking festival located on the frozen lake. Not a lot to see in Yellowknife so only stayed a few days.

We stayed for 3 nights at this property. From the initial booking, to a phone call to change dates, to the easy & convenient shuttle from the airport at midnight, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Our room on the 8th floor with a terrific view, was quiet, spacious and cleaned well every day. The very minimal shampoo was...

Best place to stay in Yellowknife. I had the chance to try all of the hotel there and this is by far my favorite one. Always clean, great service, the food at the restaurant is very good as well. It's well located, you can walk up the town or down where the old town is situated. Some rooms gives great...

Nice rooms, and friendly staff. but the kitchens close at 9pm so if your flight is delayed don't expect to get any food. There is a couple of vending machines with snacks but if you don't have enough change.... however there is an ATM along side and some of the machines take notes. Traders bar is a tad expensive but...

Excellent service on the front desk - sorted me out quickly despite my having muddled my booking. Good sized room with view of the lakes - room at rear of hotel facing Great Slave Lake gave me a view of the N Lights too. Excellent breakfast and dinner in the hotel restaurant.

Best hotel in Yellowknife, comfortable rooms and beds, clean, people are very friendly. Restaurants are excellent with great service. Very close to everything: museum, downtown and visitor center. We even walked 20 min to Oldtown. Has nice view of the lake next to the museum. You could even watch the aurora fro your room. Great hotel!

We stayed there for three nights . Hotel is clean and good size with microwave, fridge and water kettle. If you are lucky, you can see aurora from your room. Location is good, 5 mins walk to central downtown with grocery story near by. The only thing is the sound proof of the room. You can easily hear noises. Overall...
