We were lucky to get a room here at this well-thought out B&B - you can tell they have been doing this longer than most B&B hosts. The pluses: a few minutes walk to downtown, quiet location, spotlessly clean room, reading lamps by the bedside, ensuite washrooms, a comfortable bed (and I was worried about my back) a fridge for...

We recently enjoyed a one night stay at Blue Shutters. The Blue Room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. The location worked great for us as it allowed us to walk into town. We took advantage of the laundry facilities available for guest use. Enjoying the deck overlooking the back garden was a lovely ending to our day. Breakfast was...

Really nice location. Easy walk into town. Innkeepers very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. The peach room was really lovely, with a small deck off the back with a nice sized jacuzzi tub. Really nice sunset walk through the dykelands. HIghly recommended.

I recently spent two nights at Blue Shutters and it was a most enjoyable experience. I stayed in the Blue Room. It had a large comfortable bed, big bay window with a view of the garden, and the best part: a spa shower! It felt great after a day of hiking! Daryl and Diane are wonderful hosts who go the...

My husband and I spent one night at the Blue Shutters B&B and had a most enjoyable experience. The B&B is located in a residential neighborhood in the university town of Wolfville, and three guest bedrooms are housed off one hall of the home. Our room was nicely appointed with an en suite bath and a very comfortable bed. We...

Our two day stay in Wolfville was most enjoyable thanks to our choice of the Blue Shutters B&B. Our hosts Diane and Darryl were most helpful in planning our travels in the area including wine tastings and a most enjoyable hike to the Split. Great bed and some outstanding breakfasts. Do not miss the ginger pancakes! Thanks for the great...

Online booking was a breeze several months prior to our arrival. we called to confirm days before and we were good to go. Whne we pulled into the driveway, Darrel greeted us and showed us our lovely accommodations. We stayed in the Yellow...

This was our second stay at this lovely, quiet B&B on a quiet street in Wolfville (see our previous review of June 2014). We stayed 2 nights this time and have only begun to explore all that Wolfville and vicinity offer. Day trips from Blue Shutters this year were to Blomidon Provincial Park, Grand Pre and the interesting walking trails...

We stayed for 2 nights at Blue Shutters in the blue room. We thought it was a excellent value compared to other b&b's in the area. The blue room & bathroom was decorated in blue tones and thought they did a nice job keeping the "old charm" throughout the room. Room had a comfy queen bed, big closet, computer table,...
