I (we) can't find enough good things to say about The Tulip Tree, but we'll give it a try: 1. The rooms were huge, well appointed, comfortable and beautifully decorated. 2. The hospitality provided by Ted and Sue went well above and beyond anything we've ever experienced before. Because of their recommendations, we enjoyed better food and enjoyed more things... More

We just spent two lovely days at the Tulip Tree with Ted and Sue and their wonderful dog Charlie! The rooms are comfortable and the grand old house is immaculately maintained. Ted and Sue were very helpful with dinner reservations and had many welcome suggestions for local touring. Breakfasts were delicious. Would definitely stay at the Tulip Tree again.

They were friendly and super knowledgable about activities in the area. We stayed for 5 days and felt like we were all friends at the end of our stay. The breakfasts were... More

We had a wonderful, relaxing stay at the charming Tulip Tree Inn. Sue and Ted are delightful hosts. The accommodations were so comfortable, pleasant, and well kept. We also enjoyed the beautiful grounds and the proximity to the historic fascinating town. Sue rightly takes great pride in her baking and the breakfasts were excellent. I hightly recommend this great getaway!

Enjoyed our early June stay at the Tulip Tree. Our room was comfortable, clean, well appointed and the breakfast delicious. Ted and Sue were accommodating hosts, eager to assist us and give information about Annapolis Royal. Annapolis Royal has lots to recommend it - the Historic Gardens, Saturday morning market, Fort Anne, good restaurants (especially Garrison House) and wonderful walks.... More

The Tulip Tree B&B was an outstanding stay from every standpoint. The rooms were tidy and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious, the hosts are even kinder and are extremely inviting. This is certainly a great B&B to stay at if you find yourself in the area and it's a short drive (walk, even) to the downtown area of Annapolis Royal!
