Reasonable for the price. Very dated high windows, but beautiful hardwood floors. Even though it was cold out, we had to have the air conditioning on as the room was very stuffy. The staff were very friendly and the restaurant attached looked beautiful.

My husband and I stayed at the Martin Arms in September of 2016. Let's just say ,it was the first and last time. We booked king size room and we got a queen size. When we called the front desk ,she blamed another staff member...More
We haven't been to The Martin Arms in about three years. We were amazed at the transformation. They have done a beautiful job of fixing it up. The rooms are comfortable and I loved the soaker tubs in the bathroom.
We spent one night at The Martin Arms while visiting beautiful Cape Breton. I would not recommend it. Good points are; location, nice floors and enough hot water. Negatives were the TV didn't work, only the music channel, which meant we went to bed early....More
