We had to book a room at the last minute and the only rooms available in all of Kingston were here. Location isn't great if you're going to be spending lots of time downtown. Cab/uber ride downtown is around 12-17$. The cleaning team did not clean our room although we requested it... The front desk booked us for 1 night...

This review is long overdue but still worth writing...We were in Kingston for a wedding and this hotel was the perfect location. Easy to find, friendly staff and clean rooms. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Kingston...

Stayed two nights..First day after coming back from a day of sightseeing used coffee cups were not exchanged or replaced in our rooms. Entrance in front of our room was not vacuumed... We had to wait 5 minutes for bacon..no bacon... and eggs were shaped like paddies and were rubbery...Second morning we had to wait for both scrambled eggs and...

Typical Comfort Inn room, clean, comfortable beds, clean, stocked bathroom, great desk crew in the morning at check out, very attentive and helpful lady overseeing the breakfast bar. One downside, and a big one in my book, was the desk clerk at check in. VERY rude and not helpful at all, and little or no people skills, but we had...

Comfort Inn is as regular and predictable as a fibre junky. Or, for those preferring their similes a little more concrete: ... as the Holiday Inn ca 1978. There's nothing wrong with that. This particular Comfort Inn is convenient, being just off the highway and surrounded by a big box mall and all the restaurants that attracts. Even in that...

Not a whole lot to say here - the motel was clean, quiet, and comfortable. No complaints on that front at all. However, if you're looking for the included "free" breakfast to be something special, you're going to be left wanting. It was pretty much inedible - better to go to the nearby Panera, I think. But, again, a good...

After leaving a very bad motel (Kingston Motel East) in the middle of the night, we found this place online, with good reviews. What a relief, great place...clean... comfortable bed...Wi-Fi very good...with a free self-service breakfast, great selection of hot &/or cold items to pick from. It might have been $30 more than the other place, but it was well...

We booked this hotel through Hotwire, so had no knowledge of it going in. My Mum is disabled and walks with a cane, so in the "special requests" field of the Hotwire form, I had said "two beds, ground floor room" and explained why. Upon arriving, I was told this wasn't an option because all Hotwire bookings go to the...

It was hot and the air conditioner was so noisy. The windows did open but people were partying outside, so it was not possible to relax. The breakfast room was way too busy --no place to sit and everything was served on plastic -- it was wasteful and not 'green' at all.

Two rooms for one night stay. Rooms were very clean. Beds and especially pillows very comfortable. Refrigerator in each room came in very handy as we had some groceries with us. Motel very close to excellent shopping and walking distance to several well-known chain restaurants. Will definitely stay again on next trip to Kingston.
