The hotel is in good condition for its age and was reasonably priced. Rooms were very basic but they were clean. It was only a 5-10 minute walk to the falls and a 15 minute walk to the “strip” with all the activities and shops....More

Not sure how limited her mobility is but the Crown Plaza and or Sheraton are closer with more of level walk. If you are interested in gambling both the Crown and Sheraton have inside access to the Niagara Casino and the Holiday Inn is literally across the street from the Fallsview Casino.
