We went down to niagara on a couples vacation. Before this trip we had always stayed at non falls view hotels. I figured that since it was off season I'd splurge.
Having done endless research I settlers to the tower hotel.
Stayed here on a Buytopia coupon with winery tours and casino credit. Had a falls facing room with kingsize bed. VERY SMALL room and the triangular shower was very tiny. only one chair in the room so had to sit on window ledge to see...More
I had book city view and they upgraded me to a room with a view. It was incredible. Room was small. has a fridge which was nice. Shower dripped but it was fine. Front desk was quick which was nice. It's an interesting place to...More
Tbh, we were causing trouble when checking in, my boyfriend took a few shots before coming to the hotel so he was kinda yelling at the receptionist. We booked the city but we didn't want that and my husband did not want to pay the...More
Our second time staying here. This time our room was much smaller but still clean and comfortable. Beautiful big picture windows with a lovely view of the falls.
Very limited amenities, no coffee maker in room or safe. Except for IHop there are no restaurants...More

There is no place to park at the hotel, only a small semi circle to pull off the road and unload your bags and check into the hotel. The hotel offers valet parking for $45CAD per day, or you may find your own parking somewhere else. Since I was from out of town and did not know the area at all, I decided to go with the valet parking. The parking lot that they use seemed very secure, and my car was well taken care of. The only downside to this is that you have to take a shuttle to get your car. It's free, but you have to wait for it to arrive, and then it also makes another stop at the hotel next door. It took me about 40 minutes to get my car when I checked out of the hotel; but there were many people checking out at the same time, which probably accounts for the amount of time it took.

I stayed here one night and stayed at another hotel the night before. It was the week in March when all kids are off from school so the area was very busy but the staff was very accommodating! Although I don’t remember exactly what time we checked in, we were able to get into the room early. I’d call the hotel and explain your situation. I’m sure they’ll figure something out for you!
The hotel is clean if you have a Falls view it's amazing. No bar in hotel and the restaurant that is there for breakfast was extremely expensive to what I'm used to but just down the street you can walk to a under $10 place... More
