very misleading. Looks OK from the outside, but it seems no one cares or is in charge. Our room did not have a toilet seat! When we were given another room, the air conditioner wasn't working and the maintenance man had gone home.no tissue paper, rough towels, etc.

No elevator, smell of raid or pest spray everywhere. Room was on the third floor and was disgusting. Carpet was very dirty, beds were very uncomfortable, blankets were harsh. I have back injury and chronic asthma, they could not accommodate us on first floor. And for the price we paid, there was no coffee in room. Would not recommend this...

This inn is a bit old as the carpet is aged but the beds and everything is room are very tidy. The one I had was in the ground floor, I think the higher floor should be quieter. There is a microwave and small fridge in room (although we don't need it). The location is perfect in between Clifton hill...

Tired old hotel, that badly needs updating! Clean sheets are the best part of this hotel. The carpet in the corridor is uneven and dirty, the rooms are basic, the towels threadbare and need replacing! The carpet was soaked from the air conditioning, the TV had more channels out of order than were working, poor lighting in the room. However...

Very comfurtable beds and room was clean. The location is awsome with only a short walk to clifton hill. Lots of restaurants around also... Only reason why i gave it 3 stars is because of the crappy shower head that sprays so hard it it pinches ur skin and because there was no radio and only three tv chanels on...

This inn is central to everything, no more than a 10 minute walk. Good for the price depending on when you go. Super clean and quiet. The pool was clean. Front desk personnel was professional, courteous and welcoming. Very positive experience!

Being single, I was surprised I was given a room with 2 double beds and a crib. This place was recently sold and new owners are spicing it up. It is an older hotel but the price was very good and you could walk to just about everything including the Falls and the Casino. Being handicapped, I was very close...

This hotel was one of the cheaper i looked at, its older but clean. Hotels in niagra falls are either really nice or just average and old. The hotel was economical, had an outdoor pool, fairly clean, great water pressure in the shower and was in a good location close to two buffets and and a short walk to the...

On the cheap, clean, and centrally located to the Falls, and Clifton Hill. Nice clean rooms, $49 per night for two double beds. This is a hotel for sleeping and little else. A clean shower with unending hot water. A nice, clean outdoor pool. Breakfast is not available in the hotel. There are dining options all nearby.

Booked 2 rooms at this hotel during a family vacation. Booked through Expedia for about $85.00 a night. Our first concern arose as we were pulling into the hotel and noticed the sign advertising rooms for $45.00 CDN. We went ahead and checked in. Immediately upon entering the hotel it felt dark, small and dirty. It was the first hotel...
