This B&B is in a lovely historic house on the main street, walking distance to everything including the Festival Theatre. The room was pretty, clean, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was good, especially the wonderful scones. Susan gave us some yummy shortbread cookies when we left. We will definitely book there again the next time we're in NOTL.

This B & B has it all: excellent location for walking to the theaters, to the stores, to the lake; four comfortable, tasteful, quiet bedrooms; lovely living room and garden patio; friendly, helpful owners and marvelous gourmet breakfasts. You will love it!

Susan and Rob do an outstanding job of hosting this B&B to make you feel you are part of the family. Our room overlooked the charming garden and had a king-sized poster bed in one room, a sitting room and TV in another room with the bathroom equipped with claw-foot tub as well as generous shower with a rainfall shower...

My wife and I make an annual pilgrimage to NotL every May to celebrate our anniversary. This was the first time we decided to stay the night and booked this BnB. We were so glad that we did. Susan and Rob were wonderful hosts. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and removed enough to let us simply enjoy ourselves. The house is simple...

The inn is super well-located, the garden is cute, and I love historic re-uses of a house like this. As most reviews note, this B&B very much emphasizes the second B, breakfast. It is indeed a lavish affair, and Susan clearly puts a lot of heart into it. If you love a big, sweet breakfast, then this is a plus...

Natalia, I am so sorry you had a bad experience. When we send out our confirmation we ask specifically if there are any dietary concerns or restrictions. We ask again when you check in. You said nothing to give us a hint that you did not like sweet in your diet. I take personal exception to your use of "curtly"....

Susan and Rob run a very classy operation. Delectable breakfasts that are unique and delicious every day. Location right in the centre of old town Niagara-on-the-Lake. Very comfortable place to enjoy this beautiful part of the world. We will highly recommend and will be back.

This was a fantastic place to stay in NOTL and we will definitely visit again. Susan and Rob were amazing hosts and we had no idea we'd be getting a gourmet breakfast (dessert too!) every morning. The room was lovely - very charming with period details right down to the room key. There was TV with cable and free wifi....

We had a very welcoming and relaxing stay. Our room, the suite, was very spacious, luxurious and light. The location of the B&B is perfect, so we could easily enjoy all things that Niagara On The Lake has to offer: lunch in Queen St; wine tasting; dinner; strolling along Lake Ontario; the spring blossoms, et cetera. More over, Rob and...

We stayed one night in the Rogers Room during the ice wine festival. The room was gorgeous and the working fireplace was especially nice on a snowy winter evening. Susan and Rob were lovely and the food was delicious!

We booked all the rooms and stayed the weekend with friends. Rob and Sue were amazing hosts and the food was out of this world. Each day we started with a homemade scone or croissant followed by a wonderful savoury creation of Sue's and finished with an amazing sweet. Each room at the b&b had it's own personal touch and...
