We were disappointed on a couple of fronts. We had stayed at this place a number of times previously and were surprised that the host did not once appear to greet us during our stay or, if she was away, to ask the housekeeper to pass along her regards. The second big disappointment concerned the “continental breakfast”, which was quite inadequate. Having stayed at a B&B in Stratford, Ontario a month ago, where we and other guests were served a hot breakfast in the dining room, we were expecting that B&B’s in Niagara-on-the-Lake would also be resuming normal operations. We don’t know about the other B&B’s in NOTL, but Queen Regent clearly decided to continue with a bagged breakfast outside our door - hard boiled egg, a wedge of Laughing Cow cheese, small bun shaped like a croissant (but not an actual croissant), small slice of banana bread, cookie and piece of fruit (small peach or plum), small orange juice and a carafe of coffee. We received the same breakfast items every morning, with the bakery items looking and tasting stale by the last morning. If they had provided some variety and better quality in the breakfast offerings, we would have left with a better feeling. It is unlikely that we will return to this B&B for next summer’s Shaw Festival.

My Husband and I stayed 1 night and it was such a beautiful B & B in a beautiful location. Very quaint and charming but also luxurious with a fridge and coffee station in the room. A continetal breskfast was left outside our room door in the morning and it was perfect. Niagara on the Lake is a stunning place and we would love to come back and stay in the Queen Regent

My husband and I had an incredible weekend. We played golf in the area and dined at wineries on the recommendation of the Queen Regent Hosts. The B&B was immaculate and so comfortable with robes in the rooms, local lotions and soaps, comfy king bed with fresh linens, easy to use A/C unit (which we needed!), a fringe for our wine, and a well appointed coffee station. There are charming bistro tables in front yard for breakfast or an evening cocktail, and it's crawling distance to all that download NOTL has to offer. Looking forward to our next visit.

The Queen Regent is Impeccable in every way! Clean, comfortable and a good size room, the decor is a beautiful touch, you can tell the owners put a lot of love into this beautiful home. We stayed during a time where precautions needed to be taken due to Covid-19, so our breakfast & hot coffee was delivered to our door every morning instead of serving in the dining room (did not mind one bit! It was great to have breakfast in bed). The private backyard was also open for use, it is a beautiful space with a garden and bird feeders. We briefly met the owners and housekeeper during our stay, very helpful and kind! All information regarding check in/out, wifi and accomodation were clearly posted for us,the host also communicated with us via email and text and were available to answer any questions. Lastly, the location is the best you can get in NOTL! Seconds from Queen Street, restaurants and shops and a few minutes walk to the lake. I would highly recommend this Bed & Breakfast to everyone looking to vacation at NOTL!

My wife and I decided to do a quick overnight from Buffalo and found the Queen Regent... if you’re considering this bed and breakfast, don’t hesitate, just book it! It’s family owned (great hospitality), right in the middle of town with plenty of walkable shops and restaurants. The rooms are super comfortable with all the right amenities. We had such a great time recharging here and no doubt we will be back soon!

We came to celebrate my 50th birthday with friends and family. This is a beautiful B & B located close to the main street in Niagara on the Lake. It is quiet, the rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious, and the king size bed was very comfortable. Close to shopping and really great restaurants. Amanda was helpful when we had questions. I will definitely be back.

This B & B was one of the nicest I have experienced. The freedom to come and go, walk to theatre, shops, dinner, etc and the lovely intimate breakfast room was certainly welcomed by us. Great linens, lovely bath and comfortable bed made for a 2 night respite. Thanks and kudos to the innkeepers.

From start to finish this place was amazing! We came to visit with a group of girlfriends, and had the best time ever! Amanda was an incredible hostess and gave us some great tips around town. Cozy , stylish decor in every room. Comfortable beds, fabulous linens- Gourmet breakfast- and the cutest teacups ever. We all still talk about what a great time we had, and hope to return soon! Thanks for being such incredible hosts. Can’t wait to see your garden in the summer!

Good sized, clean, comfortable rooms and excellent location, just a few doors from the main shopping area and restaurants. Pleasant staff who checked us in. Great communication by text and email. Not a five-star rating because we felt that the self-serve carb-heavy breakfast choices were disappointing. There were very standard cereals, bagels, sliced bread, a few croissants, muffins, some sliced cake and yoghurts. The fresh fruit salad ran out. Hard boiled eggs and cream cheese in the fridge. Some other cheeses and deli meats would have made all the difference. We didn’t need it but there was a stair lift to the upper floor.

I can’t express enough how wonderful and comfortable our stay was at the Queen Regent Bed & Breakfast, when we stayed there for our honeymoon on Sept. 15th to the 18th, 2019. Quite honestly, it was just perfect and fit exactly what we were looking for when planning our little honeymoon getaway. It is such a beautiful establishment and literally just steps away from the shops and restaurants of NOTL, and great for when we did a wine tour the next day after arriving. Amanda is absolutely lovely and so personable from the moment we walked in the door, we felt like we were at home. She really goes above and beyond and made our stay truly special. From the sparkling wine in the room, to the delicious cinnamon roll and thoughtful postcard to congratulate us on this special occasion of ours, she and her husband really know how to make the little things count! The room was just gorgeous and so comfortable with up-to-date amenities such as the television, remote air conditioner and the beautiful electric fireplace, to the luxurious amenities in the bathroom and beautiful room decor; we really felt pampered beyond our expectations. We also really appreciated meeting Dana and how sweet and kind she was, and that the breakfast they served each day was always the perfect way start to our day. Thank you so much Amanda, Brandon and Dana for making our honeymoon so very special! We absolutely look forward to staying with you again, perhaps for our one year anniversary!! 😃 Lots of love always, Kyla & Simon
