This Centre is part of Niagara College, and it's basically a dorm. The location isn't bad, although the building was hard to find. It's about 15 minutes from downtown Niagara-on-the-Lake, and there are coffeeshops and restaurants and an enormous outlet mall with a food court, all within a 5-minute drive. Parking is plentiful and there is a garden area with benches near the Centre. The price is very reasonable for this area in the summer. Our room had a kitchenette. And it all seemed clean, if a bit worn. On the downside, there are no amenities included. There's no business center or computers available, for example. The sound insulation in the building isn't very good. And the vertical slat blinds don't keep the light out in the morning. You can pay for coffee and other drinks and snacks in vending machines on the first floor, if you don't want to walk or drive to a nearby coffeeshop. All in all, this dorm is a great bargain for the NOTL area, in summer at least.

So many hotels in the area have very high prices on the weekend. This place is reasonable. Place was very quiet, all the students gone for the summer. No breakfast available like the Kitchener Residence, but good options down the road, like Doughboy Diner.

This is a basic apartment located on the campus of Niagara College. It is clean, efficient, the beds are comfortable and everything works properly. There was a lot of storage and many outlets. The only con is that there is no hair dryer and the beds are small. The staff is more than helpful. The concierge actually left the building with us to point out where the restaurants are. Coffee and a few snacks are available in the lobby 24/7.

We have stayed at residences before and the space here was exactly as we expected. It was simple, clean, and functional. We enjoyed having the extra room to move around in, and the bed was comfortable. The kitchenette, and our own few dishes / cutlery, allowed us to prepare our own breakfast each morning. The coffee, tea, and cold water in the lobby was convenient. We also took a router so that we could have WiFi in the room, and that worked well for us. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is construction going on in the parking lot, which we were told before booking, but we did not find it too bothersome. It would have been more difficult for someone with mobility issues, though. Although the property is right beside the QEW, we were not disturbed by traffic noise. It is very convenient to Niagara Falls, historic Niagara-on-the-Lake, and St. Catherines.

Terrible place. Don’t go there. It is student dorm. The entry road was full of pot holes and the parking lot was full of construction material. The lobby smelled bad like hospital. The stuff is not telling the truth. Stuff is terrible.

This was my first time staying in a residence. It was very clean, the check in staff very professional, friendly and helpful. The room is a college residence and so it had some wear and tear which is only to be expected, but with two bedrooms, a full size fridge and a microwave - you could easily share the space and make some basic meals. There is an outlet mall just down the road, and a short drive will take you into the historical district.

Family of 5 (3 children) under age of 10. 2 rooms with double beds, each room has a small TV, clean bathroom and kitchenette with sink, microwave and refrigerator. Close proximity to Niagara Falls approx. 12 mins drive. 2 mins drive to outlet mall. Free parking. Priced just right.

The facility is a college dorm, rented out during summer vacation. It is very near to QEW, and just up the street from a large outlet mall. Each unit is a three-room suite, with two bedrooms with double beds, plus a common room with full refrigerator and microwave, plus private bathroom. It isn't a luxury facility, but it has everything you need, and it is clean and quiet. The room rates are the most reasonable in the area, but the hotel is about 30 minutes' drive from Niagara-on-the-Lake, which means you have to pay to park near the Shaw Festival Theaters, and most of the eating places are high in price. Driving, parking, and eating take up much of the savings from staying far from the theaters.

The young lady at the desk was very welcoming. She had to correct the price as what she asked for and what I had been quoted was different. We didn't realize we were going to a college dorm building. The lighting was very dim in the kitchen with no window, not the best for the students preparing meals with a knife. The shower stall was very small. The toilet was noisy and took awhile to fill up. The mattresses were not comfortable and I could hear truck traffic early in the morning. We stayed 2 nights. Close to the QEW and lots of parking.
