White Oaks provided excellent service, lovely staff, and amazing food. I stayed for business but would certainly consider returning for leisure in the future. There are plenty of amenities and the rooms are beautiful.

We had a birthday girls’ getaway and it was beyond outstanding!!! From the minute Dave met us at the door to take our bags to our breakfast with Serk everything was fabulous. The front desk staff were lovely and accommodating. The hotel smells fresh and is spotlessly clean. We enjoyed the robes, the bar and the comfortable beds. The chocolate covered strawberries were the icing on the cake. We will be back as soon as we can. Well done White Oaks!!!

From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, friendly and helpful. We had a lovely meal at Liv and our waitress Heni was amazing. We were also served by a friendly bartender named Zach. The staff were exceptional at White Oaks (at the hotel, restaurant and the Spa). We were always greeted with a warm smile and friendly conversation. (Shout out to Mike) The staff and the facility are a 5/5. We will definitely stay here again.

Peaceful Niagara experience! The staff is more than accommodating; they are welcoming and caring. Nick from front desk was a saviour to us; he made our check in process run as smoothly as possible & set the tone for our vacay! He even gave us an extended check out time so I could make my way to the spa without feeling rushed, which we really appreciated. Rooms are clean & beautiful. The entire place just smells like a dream because of the spa! We throughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub. My massage in the spa was spectacular. Loved the nespresso in our room. We are coming back this July and I cannot wait! Such a wonderful place to spend some relaxing time.

It’s the best hotel I have been in, in North America. Their service is impeccable, their rooms are amazing and the facilities are unmatched. The hotel itself is gorgeous, extremely well up-kept, the personnel is courteous and very effective. My husband and I attended an investor meeting there and we have only great things to say.

The staff at White Oaks exemplify excellent customer service through out every aspect. We’d love to thank John, Leonardo, and Meghan who were very welcoming and went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We enjoyed an afternoon at the spa and we would like to give special thanks to Tina, Talin, Aimee, Sarah, Patty and Summer whose services left us happy and relaxed. Dinner at Play Bar was delicious with generous serving sizes and plenty of choice. Our Host Emily was an absolute delight. Our luxury suite was clean and modern with excellent bathroom facilities, fireplace and comfortable bed. Pure luxury. Breakfast at LIV was generous, fresh, tasty with an elegant but relaxed atmosphere. Thank you to all the other staff that made my Mums 82nd Birthday so wonderful and memorable. Amazing place! The staff are all super friendly and there is so much food. I love how the buffet is full of different options to accommodate so many different tastes. The rooms are modern and clean and very nice. The outdoor garden space is also fabulous. I love that I have access to such a big gym and oh my goodness, the Eucalyptus steam room is a must try. You feel so refreshed and renewed after using it.

Great clean and luxurious accommodations. Spa is very accessible and fantastic services. The fitness area is amazing with tennis and squash easy to book. Restaurants have plenty of variety with three to choose from. Also very close to the falls, shopping across the street, and close drive to vineyards. Our favourite ontario getaway spot, always such a relaxing fun time here.
