Almost every year I make a trip with my daughter or partner to enjoy Ontario's oldest wine country. We always choose 124 on Queen because of its cleanliness, amenities and location. We have not had time to use the spa but love the spa feeling of the hotel with all the essential oils filling the air is invigorating. Service is number one. we have always been satisfied beyond our expectations with service. It was nice to stay in one of the new suites and the underground parking is a great addition. We will be back!

Our visit to 124 on queen Hotel and spa was nothing short of spectacular. The team at the hotel is so gracious and helpful and just genuinely nice. We stayed at the gatehouse in a lovely room it was amply supplied with places to sit lovely beds and bedding great toiletries. It was spotlessly clean and all-around perfect. I can’t say enough enough about 124 on Queen Hotel and spa. The Niagara on the lake region is a must see for anyone that’s traveling towards Ontario as well .

Would definitely recommend this hotel. What a difference from the “Vintage” hotel that we checked out of, where the water main had burst, and they had no interest in doing anything for their guests. From the time we checked in till we left, the staff at 124, were courteous and professional. Our room was a signature Queen, which was spacious and tastefully appointed for the three of us on a girls weekend. Beds were comfortable and bathroom large, with beautify rain shower. Everything fresh and brand new, underground parking convenient, beautiful spa. Located within short walk to restaurants, shops and other attractions.

Great hotel. Great location. Easy parking. Friendly and helpful staff. Centrally located and walking distance to most things in old town. Treadwells Restaurant next door, fabulous food. Would definitely recommend this hotel and spa.

Our initial room allocation was disappointing as very tiny windows so dark. But management responded promptly and seamlessly. Appreciated. Otherwise a warm, friendly and very comfortable stay. Initial room was not worth the rate being charged especially as the 2nd room was identical in all respects and price except it had decent windows.

Room 314 Lovely room. Brilliant shower faucet and uncomplicated (I know but some you need a masters degree to understand!) Generous double sink bathroom and thrilled with counter space. Hotel wonderful and look forward to new cocktail bar Reception staff were great, including check in with knowledgeable and professional staff. Would like a full length mirror in room and shower cubicle quite dark. A pot light or similar would be work. An early check-in (with fee) would be extremely convenient too Stay again? In an instant.

Stylish hotel, great location. Very friendly staff, Starbucks right next door is super convenient. We also had an awesome dinner at Treadwell Cuisine adjacent to the hotel. We had a Superior Double Queen which was very spacious for the three of us with nice little coffee bar. And there was an elevator, a lot of hotels/bed&breakfasts do not have one in Niagara on the Lake. Would definitely recommend and book again!

After some glitches and miscommunication, our stay was great . It was a special birthday experience for my daughter’s 50 th birthday. The staff at the hotel and the spa were spectacular with customer service and understand how important the overall experience is. This lasting impression is what you want to leave with a client.

I had the best time at the spa today for a belated mothers day! I had a hot stone massage with Rachel. She was very accommodating and super friendly. She focused on areas where I have been experiencing some muscular pain and made sure the stones weren't too hot. It was the best hot stone massage I've ever had. My only regret was that I only booked an hour. I could have melted into the table and stayed forever. The relaxation was great before and after the service too. I went on to get a mani-pedi with Erin. Erin was a hoot and we had great conversation! I have never had someone take that much time with me on my nails. Her attention to detail was amazing and is truly appreciated. Erin provided some suggestions for the Eminence products sold by the spa and sent me home with a sample or two of things I wanted to try. Thank you to everyone for making my very first (belated) mothers day so memorable! The ladies at the reception were awesome during cashout. Everyone was so pleasant and friendly.
