Beautiful rooms. Very quaint! The outdoor seating area is very cosy. The hosts were great and made you feel very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. We didn't get to use the pool but it looked very inviting. This B&B is super cute. I will definitely be returning

My first visit to Niagara on the Lake - and we lucked out with food and accommodation. The home is beautifully decorated, and an easy walk to the main street, with a gorgeous back yard and pool. Our hosts Jamie and Virgina were welcoming and great at offering tips about where to eat and especially what plays to see.

This B & B has no exterior signage, but it's easy to find. Delightful hosts who know everything about the area. It's a short walk to the shops, restaurants, historical sites and theatres. There are three rooms. It's quiet - no televisions! Lots of great books. A friendly cat is in residence. A delightful breakfast is prepared by the owners.

Don't be fooled by the straightforward exterior - inside, 494 is an exquisitely decorated B&B with 3 very spacious, elegant rooms (the one that isn't en suite has its own bathroom just across the hall). Breakfast features delicious homemade bread and jam and often a cooked to order omelette on a gorgous patio overlooking the owners' lush, quiet garden. Beyond...

494 Simcoe B&B is a beautiful and very romantic place. The rooms are gorgeous, very clean and nicely decorated. The garden is beautiful with a nice swimming pool. The hosts are warm and wonderful people. The place is a walking distance to the town's center. We had a really great time and are sure to be back next year.
