If you are looking for a Romantic Escape do not hesitate and visit Royal Manor Bed & Breakfast. Me and my boyfriend did that not long ago and we loved it. It's a 19th century house all furnished and designed in the spirit of that time. The rooms are large, cozy and clean. Vicky will welcome you and make you...

We decided to take a weekend off and this was the perfect place. A cozy and inviting house. It has been lovingly renovated by the Hostess. You will feel at home the minute you walk in. The place is minutes away from the "downtown" niagara on the lake. In the morning you will wake up to delicious scents coming from...

This is a lovely place to stay. Vicky makes you feel welcome from arrival to departure, providing delightful, comfortable lodgings and mouth-watering breakfasts in between. The house is a wonderful balance of historical charm and modern conveniences. The location is quiet, and close to NOTL's attractions. I can only echo other people's comments. It really is a splendid B&B.

Experience the Royal Welcome at Royal Manor Bed & Breakfast. Your host, Vicky Downes, is by far the best B &B hostess. From the moment we got out of the car till we left several days later we felt like we were her 'royal guests.' Prior to the play we fixed cocktails (that we brought with us) in the great...

The royal Manor is a great place to stay. But while the B&B is wonderful physically it is really Vicky that makes it the best B&B we've ever stayed in. We stayed here 5 times both for regattas and the Shaw. You can't do better!

Our first stay, but we came with friends who have stayed at Vicky's Royal Manor many times while attending the Shaw Festival. I can only echo what other reviewers have said about the spacious and beautifully furnished house, the comfortable bedrooms, the garden (with some colorful and friendly koi), and, Oh!, those amazing breakfasts. Vicky can advise you on all...

Excellent place to stay. Friendly and hospitable hostess in Vicky Downes, tasty, imaginative and filling breakfasts very well prepared, comfortable and well furnished bedrooms with bathroom en suite, easy walking distance to the Festival theatres and to the restaurants downtown, beautiful and well maintained house and garden. Cannot think of anything I would criticise. Fridge and multiple brochures in hallway...

We stayed here for two years now and will be returning next year for sure. Vicky, the owner is lovely, helpful and serves terrific breakfasts too. The house is large will several places to gather. Her garden is extraordinary for those of you who garden. Best of all is the location, so close to town. I appreciate the guest refrigerator...
