Very beautiful spot literally within 10 minutes of everything in the Niagara on the Lake area. Lovely rooms. Amazing, welcoming hosts. Jane's breakfasts are to die for!! Jane's knowledge of the area definitely helped us find and enjoy some places that we never would have found on our own. We highly recommend Applewood Hollow. We're already planning our next stay...

Recently we stayed at Applewood Hollow with another couple and found the accommodations to be top notch. The B&B is separated from the main house by a breezeway and opens into a shared kitchenette with table and chairs (this where a wonderful hot breakfast is served). From there you proceed into a separate siting area, a bathroom and upstairs in...

We have stayed at Applewood Hollow twice and the experience can't be beat. Jane is welcoming and friendly, serves a great breakfast and is the definition of hospitality. The rooms are private and clean and the property was gorgeous in both spring and fall - loved seeing the chickens on our recent visit!

First of all, Jane is so knowledgeable and her cooking is exciting. You will eat good. The abundance of flowers out front were beautiful. It is like a fine piece of country with only a 5 minute drive to Downtown Queen Street. There are only 2 rooms and both have character with back patios, skylights and a loft. There is...

This was just what my husband and I needed: peace and quiet, good food and natural surroundings. We were able to take advantage of all that Niagara on the Lake has to offer and then retreat back to the B and B for wine and food on our patio. We had the place to ourselves, but even if that were...

We would recommend this B&B because of the privacy as the 2 guest rooms are separate from the hosts living quarters, with a shared kitchenette for the guest rooms. It was also nice to have your own private living area within each guest room as well as a private deck, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine after dinner. The...

Four-night stay was our first time at Applewood. Went with another couple/family so we had place to ourselves. All-in-all great experience. So much positive to say. We loved the true country breakfasts (wow), beautiful gardens, live chickens to add some entertainment, the great conversation with Jane on a wealth of topics and the help/recommendations she offered to make our trip...

What a fantastic experience. We only stayed one night, but wish it could have been a week. The property was lovely and just as advertised. Meticulously clean, comfortable beds, so many little details that all work together to create an experience, not just a place to stay. Jean is a terrific hostess and chef! I can't imagine a better B&B...

My husband and I booked 3 nights at the Applewood Hollow and what a very pleasant surprise. It was recommended by a co-worker and we expected nice but it far exceeded our expectations. It's a very picturesque property - lovely gardens and property that backs on to a creek. The loft bedroom, overlooking a charming sitting, living area on the...
