We would like to welcome you to Niagara-on-the-Lake and to our bed and breakfast where we serve a fresh hot breakfast each morning. We sit on the edge of Ravine Winery (walk out my back yard into the vineyards and follow them to the restaurant and winery). Also in the area Chateau Des Charmes winery & Colanari. Both are just a km away - just a few of the many wineries the region has to offer. Niagara Falls is a 15 minute drive. Enjoy the Gardens, or do as we do have a coffee/wine on the porch and watch the cyclists go by. We are located on a popular cycling route. Breakfast is served in the elegant dining room & consists of Fresh eggs and items from my garden when in season. We are a short drive (10 minutes) to Niagara Falls (Maid of the Mist, Buttery Fly Avery) or to Old Town with the great shopping and the Shaw Theatre. Wine tours can be arranged. Non smoking house but there is a table away from the house with ashtrays. Pets are not allowed - I cannot change it on the listing.

We found this at the last minute on our 40th anniversary adventure. And we’re so glad we did. Trish is a great host. The rooms are pretty and very clean. Her breakfasts are epic! So delicious and there’s so much of it. She adds so many touches to the place and makes it special. We’d come back here easily if we’re in the area again. Great job Trish! Thanks for the fun!!

Trish was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was very good and enough to last us all day! Definitely would return if ever that way again. Nice location between Niagara falls and Niagara on the Lake.

We stayed with Trish over a weekend while we attended a wedding at Ravine. The location could not have been more perfect. Trish was a wonderful host and made us feel at home from the moment we walked through the doors. We loved that everything was clean and comfortable. Sitting in the outdoor spaces was lovely for early morning coffee or a drink in the evening. Breakfast was delicious and thoughtfully prepared! We won’t hesitate to return.

We've been going to the area every summer for over twenty years- but the stay with Trish and Norm at Green Oaks was the best ever. First, the location of Green Oaks is perfect for exploring the area, attending the Shaw Festival, sampling the vineyards, or succumbing to the lure of Niagara Falls. The century home is surrounded by various sitting areas in the garden- and inside the period charm has been retained, with every top-notch modern amenity. Trish is a brilliant BnB host, gracing her business with thoughtful, unique details- handmade soap, breakfasts that include her home baking and a variety of sweet and savoury mains. Until you've had Eggs Benedict made with an egg laid yesterday or buttery scones topped with jams made from Niagara fruit grown just around the corner - don't throw around the word "gourmet" lightly! Steel bottles of filtered water await you in the fridge and the icemaker in the alcove makes chilling your wine purchases easy. Trish is a knowledgable host, a charming one- but non-intrusive during your stay. I'd return in a minute!

I stayed here for the Canada Day weekend and couldn't have made a better decision. There are enough reviews raving about Trish's breakfast and for good reason. However additionally Norm was ridiculously helpful when my bike gave me troubles during the trip. He went out of his way to ensure it did not puncture my trip. Besides, the room was awesome and next to a beautiful vineyard. Exceptional all around.

My experience was nothing short of amazing!! The breakfast made by the host, Trish, was second to none. Everything was very clean. The bathroom and the shower were both immaculately clean and I felt like I was at home the whole time that I was there. Each room has a very nice TV and its own individual temperature control. I must also say that I ran into some unfortunate and unexpected car trouble while I was there for the 4th of July. The host was extremely kind and patient with me, as I had to book an extra night to give me more time to get my car situation together. Thank goodness she was sympathetic, or else I could've really ended up in a horrible situation! I say all that to say, if you stay here not only will you receive top professional service, but you will also be met with warm hospitality and kindness. I will definitely be back! And with a better car next time lol.

We just came back from a 2 nights stay at Green Oaks and would honestly say that it was a true sample of excellent hospitality! The Century home is tastefully done to reflect the style of the old times and yet very comfortable. Trish was very informative and helpful with all our needs! Will definitely go back!!

I have to say Green Oaks Bed and Breakfast is a lovely place. We recently had a 2 night stay with our friends and we were made to feel so welcome. Such friendly and attentive hosts. The breakfasts were exceptional, such amazing recipes and so well presented. The rooms are beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We can’t wait to visit again.

What an amazing B&B. From the moment we arrived til departure , we were wrapped in comfort and a relaxing atmosphere. The grounds and interior are spacious ,inviting and very clean . The country breakfasts were beyond plentiful , warm and delicious and different everyday. Having beverages available at our discretion made porch and patio gatherings even more enjoyable . Trish and Norm are gracious , accommodating and extremely friendly. We highly recommend Green Oaks B&B and are planning our next visit to the area with this B&B as our accommodation .

Trish and Norm are the perfect hosts. We stayed with two other couples. We were greeted promptly, shown the grounds and our rooms. There are multiple spots to sit and talk, have a drink or just nap. Each morning Trish prepares a gourmet multicourse breakfast and takes care to match the experience to the dining requirements for each guest. Green Oaks is about a 10 minute drive through wine country to old town and 10 minutes to the Falls. A wonderful experience from the moment we arrived to when we sadly departed.
