Great location and value. Rooms have all the basics for a multi-day stay... fridge, stove, coffee maker, dishwasher. Balconies and living area. Not wildly fancy but everything was as advertised, clean and functional. Helpful and friendly staff, nice hot tub. The location is great because you are next to the canal, endless restaurants / pubs / coffeeshops, as well as close to all the center city attractions.

The staff is amazing and very friendly, the location is A1 for business travellers, the pool is amazing with a hot tub, also very clean, very close to buzzing downtown, the gym is ok, parking available It is my second Time and won't be last, overall very good

Very spacious clean condo that was pet friendly and close to many amenities. Perfect for a family with a pet. Lots of room and kitchenette - ideal for longer stays and to save money on meals. Since Ottawa is very expensive, it saves money to dine in for some of the meals. Very comfortable and safe. We will definitely return to this hotel if we return to the area.

Great value for the price. Gina and the other staff that we met were helpful and welcoming. Lots of room in our suite: separate bathroom, living and kitchen areas. Comfy beds. Very clean. Underground parking was convenient and reasonably priced. Close to the National Gallery where we attended. We will return.

Good decent hotel. Excellent value. Great location in Ottawa, close to downtown and several good restaurants. Good friendly staff. Hotel is a bit older but room was big and clean. Price was excellent. Nice pool and hot tub too. Recommended. Excellent value.

This hotel is quite dated but is clean, on an excellent location and quite affordable. All of the rooms are full suites with kitchens. Again the amenities are dates but would serve the purpose. The hotel is in a easy walk of the lively Elgin Street restaurant and bar strip. I found the restaurant in the hotel to be adequate at best. If you are looking for affordable accommodation, especially did longer stays, and a great location this hotel may suit you just fine.

I booked a two bedroom apartment and it was good for one night. It was quite compact but fully equipped and comfortable. The balcony did not really have much of a view. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly and we were able to book in early which was really appreciated.

This hotel was perfect for our family of 5. Nice, basic accommodations. Walking distance to many restaurants. Also walking distance to the parliament area and Byward market. The night clerk—we checked in at 3:30 AM— was cheerful and helpful. We even got a room upgrade of two connecting rooms. Parking is a bit steep $32/ night, but it is locked and secure.

We stayed at this hotel in May for one night. Booked a two bedroom suite for three adults, one King room and one room with two twin beds. It had a kitchenette and living room with a balcony. It appears to be a former apartment building. The location was on a quiet side street just off of Elgin Street. Pay parking was underground and secure. It was not the most modern hotel but it was certainly clean and satisfactory. It is just a few blocks south of Parliament Hill (we wanted to drive by Parliament Hill but the road was still blocked due to the recent protests, so we could just barely catch a glimpse of it driving other streets).

Fantastic location. Close to lots of restaurants and attractions. Love having the kitchen so we could do some of our own meals and enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balcony. Clean, quiet- had everything we needed for a 4 night stay. Would definitely stay here again
