Don’t try to walk anywhere from here. It’s hostile to pedestrians even in broad daylight with the crossing signal. — Site is looking worn out. Beds were comfy and linens were gleaming. Wifi functioned.

Wanted a nice quiet sleep, didn't happen. Was very Loud outside the bar. In the hallway more noise from other guests banging at the door. Bed was hard af. Smell of deodorant in the carpet was extremely strong.

wasn't terrible for the price we paid... The beds were a littl too firm for our liking and the rooms were small.. but the pool was nice and location was great right off of the highway. the broadview restaraunt was decent too.. good food.

Several “guests” of a questionable nature were all around the property. Staff entered my room when do not disturb was up. Rooms are showing a lot of wear and needs updating. Parking lot poorly lit and did not seem safe.

The building is old, appearance bad. The parking lot was smelling of urine. The bed on my unit was broken and when I reported to the person on duty she couldn’t do anything about it. Terrible place, will not advise anyone to go there ever!!!

Old but clean property, in proximity to some bars, restaurants and shopping, has a nice pool. Day time stay are wonderful, can't say same about afternoon/evening. Beds are horrible though, even with our own pillows it was a rough night. However it is worth the money. Would stay again

More then we expected. The front lobby was spotless. The pool was in use by many. The room was great. The cleaning staff did our room daily although we never requested it and changed our towels each h day. Each time we went out staff greeted us with friendly hello. They were great at helping us find thins we were looking for.

Pillows were terrible and moldy smell in carpets very noisy in hallway and back exit door slams receptionist was very grumpy screens on windows are falling out couldn’t,open windows spent 150.00$ to have a sleepless night

I’ve been out here in Ottawa for 4 years now and I’ve stayed here every year. Surrounded by pretty much all of the amenities one, or a family, could ask for. The service behind the desk is first class, everyone is very professional and accommodating, polite, a joy to talk to and easy to get along with. The rooms are clean comfy and the cleaning personnel are polite, and prompt to anything that is needed. I’ve recommended this hotel to many and will continue to. The convenience of the hotel sharing the property with the restaurant (Broadway, delicious!) make the travelodge Ottawa east an even better stay. Can’t say enough good things about the hotel, everyone working there and those who work at the restaurant next door. Thank you for having me and all of the hospitality!
