We stayed for just a night at McGee's Inn and thought it was a good choice for anyone wanting to pay very reasonable prices to stay within walking distance of most of Ottawa's attractions. Our room was a twin room (room ?) which was stylishly decorated and equipped with everything you could need. The bathroom perhaps could have been a...

Best place to be on Canada Day. Good people, great location. Awesome atmosphere. Rates are perfectly priced. The staff is very nice and always available for you. Very close to downtown (market). You can see fireworks from the corner if you don't want to go to far.

What can I say, I don't know why you would want to stay at a hotel when you can stay at a place like this. Great rooms! Great hosts! Getting to enjoy a delicious breakfast on the patio out front is a great way to start the day. Very close to the market, walking distance to everything. I will be...

We all had a great time. The classic room has a very comfy bed. The inn is in a great location. Just a short walk from downtown. Also close to an independent movie theatre with the best popcorn. Will return again.

I really enjoyed the charm of the place, old house and nice staff. We had a nice breakfast included. The room itself was pretty but not well isolated. If you come here i recommend that you take a room in the upper level because our was just beside the office and living room plus our bathroom was outside the room...

Very unique place, close to many attractions, very quiet and GREAT breakfasts. The hotel is a converted Victorian-era house, so there are no elevators. It is within easy walking distance to many restaurants and other attractions such as museums, parliament and Bytown Market.

McGee's inn provides very well appointed rooms in downtown Ottawa. The location is fantastic (downtown Ottawa with easy access to highway). The owners and staff are helpful, friendly and accommodating. There is a large living room area that the guests can use. The minor disappointment is the quality of the breakfasts. The omelettes and the quality of the bread is...

We really enjoyed our stay here. The B&B is very charming and beautiful, and the location was excellent! The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious: there were a couple of options (like crepes with banana and strawberries, or eggs benedict) you could choose from. Also, the front garden is a very nice place to sit and...

Nice staff great breakfast, but a little pricey. Rooms were clean and it was very quiet all around. I could hear people upstairs from me walking around but it wasn't that bad. The atmosphere is really a nice experience
