My family booked some rooms and reserved a space for a wedding. The hotel screwed up our rooms and didn't have enough available when we showed up even though we ALREADY booked them. After waiting in long lines to talk to staff about this others had the SAME issue. When we were ready for the wedding after party we booked the tables were not ready and were DIRTY with plates and garbage. So understaffed no one even helped us. We cleaned it ourselves! When we went to order drinks it took over a half hr to get a drink and then they ran out of alcohol - for a booked wedding party?? Beautiful rooms and clean but staff and customer service are NOT WORTH IT. Awful.

Hotel was very clean and staff was super friendly. The check in and check out process was very smooth. Room was very comfortable. Breakfast was ok, the are could off been a bit bigger but it did not bother me.

Our new favourite spot to stay with our kids when we travel to Ottawa for hockey or mini getaways! The breakfasts are better than expected and the sectional couch in each room gives it a spacious yet cozy feeling. The staff are so very friendly!

The room was very cold. The solution suggested by staff was to turn AC off altogether which made the room really stuffy. Check in and check out had its problems. The breakfast room is too small, no covid protocol is possible. The breakfast buffet selection is what you would expect from a Hyatt but it is poor quality (cheap OJ, stale bread, bad coffee)
