Lovely property in a great location. BUT service issues made the stay annoying. Only one TV is a 2 bedroom condo with limited channels. This is ridiculous for a property that charges $500 per night. Also furnishings are sparse. No lamp in bedroom, no side tables in living room.

Please know that , as for the tv channels available to our guests, we have more than 60 tv channels and 120 streaming channels. We feel our price points are very reasonable, especially if you consider that we are talking about a two-bedroom Suite of 800+ square feet, with a full kitchen, in-house washer and dryer + all other amenities available to you onsite, such as a private theatre, a state of the art fitness facility and a games room... I was able to get a super early check in, which I really appreciated. Service was amazing. Wish I could afford to stay here long term. The kitchen was more equipped than expected with a pot and a frying pan and wine glasses. The staff even called to make sure I had received my complimentary bottle of sparkling wine.

I don't think I'm going to be staying anywhere else When I come to the city. It's my first time by myself in Ottawa and my first accommodations were awful, and then I found this company... They went above and beyond, were so empathetic and really helped me with everything I needed help with. No judgment. I suggest booking through the website or on-site as they do have a listing on airbnb but it's very unrealistically priced. Haha This stay matches my young vibe. Has a billiard room, a sky lounge, a gym with a sauna as well...

This was my first-time stay at reStays Ottawa. I booked four suites for a team business trip in April 2023 (2- and 3-night stays). Very glad to have chosen this hotel over my other go-to's! This is now my Ottawa favourite and I highly recommend it for the following reasons: - Value: Great for this calibre of amenities (spacious, new, clean, modern in-suite furnishings, well-equipped kitchen, and thoughtful provisions, terrific meeting spaces, public amenities - what a view on the 12th floor). Comfortable bedding for several nights of good sleep. - Service: Front desk staff (Josh, Mark) were very helpful with our requests. - Location: Excellent! It was a nice hotel and in a great location. I had a few issues that were never resolved before leaving the hotel. We stayed for two nights, and our air condiiton was broken in our room. We inquired about this with the front desk 4 times before someone actually showed up. The room temperature was 82 all weekend. When we returned, the a/c was still broken. I went to the front desk for the 5th time, and they told us that it's not repairable. The other person I was staying with was already gone to bed, and the hotel finally offered to move us to another room at 12:00 am on the second (last night). I told them I didn't feel comfortable waking up the person I was with, and this was unacceptable because the first night they didn't even care, we had to sleep in the hot room and sweat all Night. They offered $50 dollars off the whole bill which was $820 dollars for 2 nights, I wasn't a very happy customer leaving the hotel…

This hotel is immaculate and the service was outstanding. The location is just steps away from parliament hill and is in the heart of the entertainment center. The suites are well-appointed and very spacious. I really like the Nespresso machine in the rooms.

Nice stay very pleasant enjoyed the location. Will return on next trip to Ottawa. Had some trouble navigating the television stations. Enjoyed the coffee machine and kitchen experience. The two bedrooms with bathrooms worked well.

We had a great 8 night stay here and highly recommend reStays for people who are looking for an apartment to have a bit more room and facilities to cook (or reheat in our case!) and washing machine and drier to get some washing done mid trip. We were lucky enough to be upgraded from a Junior Suite to a 1 bedroom apartment in the Sparks Tower. Our room overlooked the courtyard and we got no road noise. Staff were very communicative prior to arrival as we did not want to do the contactless check in and were friendly every time we came and went. For those wanting the full hotel experience this is not the place for you. For those who are happy to be independent travellers and want a central location this is a great choice. We were heading to TD Place daily for the Men's World Curling Champs and the bus there stopped about 100 metres up the street and dropped us off directly across from reStays (and was free with our curling tickets!). The train station is about 200 metres down from the hotel - we arrived from the airport via bus and train, all very easy. reStays is also very close to Parliament Hill and a short walk to ByWard Market. Sparks Street (pedestrian street) is accessible via a rear door and the location was ideal for us to explore the city between games. The apartment itself was clean and had all the required kitchenware. The only (very minor) quibble we had was the lack of blackout curtains meant the apartment always had some light coming in during sleeping hours. This was not a big issue for us and would not stop us staying here again. Thank you reStays for an excellent stay.…
