The hotel is very clean, and there is feee coffee in the lobby. The rooms are clean, roomy, well lit, and have plenty of power outlets. The shower was excellent, and our room was remarkably quiet. The staff are friendly and helpful, so the stay was a wonderful one.

The staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful; the suite was a good size with everything we could want. Comfy beds, well-appointed, pleasant lobby area, and a most enjoyable breakfast set-up. Everything from waffles to eggs to fresh and dried fruit, oatmeal, cereals and a toast bar. And good coffee - being a bit of coffee snob, that was a definite bonus! I will absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Ottawa.

I've stayed in Residence Inns quite often over the years and this did not disappoint. The suite was well-designed for long-term stays even though we were only there one night. In spite of being in a busy neighborhood, it was very quiet. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner there (after 7 hours of driving, we couldn't deal with finding a restaurant so we raided the food stash from our camper). Breakfast was pretty standard, with some European-style options that we enjoyed. Would stay here again if I were in the area.

We stayed in this hotel for 1 night while attending the CP LPGA Open and celebrating our anniversary. It is in a great location, has complimentary airport shuttle and is a non-smoking property. We were totally satisfied with our stay, It is very quiet, clean and the staff are friendly and efficient, even recommending a restaurant for dinner. We had a suite that was large with a full kitchen and there was an ice maker in the fridge. There was a separate bedroom with a very comfy bed. The breakfast has a good variety of food. Highly recommend this hotel.

Very large room with all the creature comforts! Spacious sitting area, full kitchen including a dishwasher and full sized fridge and, a table for meals, a great workspace, and a separate sleeping area. Would definitely recommend if someone is looking for a home away from home!

Stayed here for one day and one night, the hotel is close to airport and as well very well connected to main city, the prices are affordable and offerings based on price are pretty good, rooms are clean, staff is supportive and breakfast is included in the stay. All necessary amenities are available or near by the place. Will recommend this place and will stay again too when in Ottawa.

My son and I stayed here from May 2nd to 7th and overall it was a good experience. The hotel staff were friendly and the room was clean when we got there. It was spacious with a good size kitchen and nice big fridge which was a bonus. Just a few hiccups. Firstly I picked this hotel because of the shuttle from the airport. I tried to call the hotel when we landed at YOW but nobody was answering and I couldn't even leave a message because the mailbox was full. I tried chatting using the hotel's app, but got frustrated with that and ended up just using an Uber. We did manage to get the shuttle to the airport on our way home so that was good. Just make sure you talk to someone early, and don't 100% count on it because your phone call may not be answered. Secondly I asked for housekeeping on the third day and they just never did it. They apologized and brought us towels and we managed to get by. Was fine since it was just two of us but if you had more people this would be a pain as the garbage cans are super small. Other than that it was good. The pool was nice and it has a huge laundry room which I like because I always like to go home with clean clothes instead of dirty ones after a trip.…

This property is just a normal Residence Inn . Our Shower Handle fell off which is bit unusual.Rest of room average as far as cleanliness. We had limited staff interaction but any We had were fine. I am a Marriot Platinum Member so have stayed in a few hotels and this one is no better or worse than this category. The Breakfast was good but about what You would expect. I would stay here again but don’t expect a 5 experience.

The hotel itself was clean, except for the elevators. The room was spacious, well laid out, and clean. The one thing I absolutely did not like was the construction site right outside my window. The noise of the giant industrial crane was very annoying and disrupted my sleep very early on Saturday morning. For this reason, avoid booking the even numbered rooms from x12 onwards. We were in room 518, and the construction of the building was right outside our window.
