The room was clean and comfortable. Employees were friendly and helpful. We spent the day at Niagra Falls and this was a great stopping point to continue on to Lake Superior. The hotels in Niagra falls were way more expensive than here. We would recommend this hotel to others.
Very happy to take kids on their first Niagara Falls trip. Hampton Inn provided a clean, quiet and pleasant experience. We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel does not charge the 11.5% sucker tax that Niagara Falls tourism commission charges at hotels in Niagara Falls. The hotel is very convenient to get to. Quick 20 min from the falls. Can’t go wrong. We had wonderful time. Excellent value.
Fantastic hotel would definitely recommend and we will be staying there again. Very quiet, clean, comfortable rooms and the bed was spacious and comfortable as well. Using the app for check in and digital key is a breeze
Stayed here for a quick getaway to the Niagara region. This hotel is very close to the factory outlets and approximately 20 mins to the falls. The staff at the front desk were amazing and we very impressed with the room and all of the hotel facilities. It’s very clean and well maintained. Plenty of free parking and the breakfast was great. Would definitely stay here again in the future.
We stayed for 5 nights and found the room small for 2 adults and a child. I was disappointed with the lack of storage space. The only place to store clothing was three sliding wire baskets in the dresser. This caused us to live out of our suitcases which lead to the room feeling even smaller. Staff was friendly, hotel was quiet and clean. Comfortable beds.
I stay at the Hampton Inn in St. Catharines once a month for work. The staff are great. The room and hotel are spotless. It is a newly renovated hotel. I always have a great experience at the Hampton Inn.
I stayed with my adult son while visiting from Alberta. Decent breakfast. Comfortable beds with great pillows. My biggest disappointment was the fact that the view from the room was of a brick wall that was part of the building.
Was a great place but the room was not so nice but the front lady save our stay and the breakfast was great and great service parking the best but I sure recommend this place I will stay there again for sure
Beautiful hotel close to Niagara Falls, but away from the hustle and bustle. We frequently stay at Hilton properties, and this was one of the nicest ones we’ve stayed at in the past few years. The room was nicely appointed, very clean and well maintained. It felt like a fresh space, was comfortable, and the bathroom was great - including the spacious shower. The only thing that was missing was a microwave, but this isn’t much of a problem for us. We were on the fifth (top) floor, and we heard no noise from neighbors or the street level. The breakfast was typical of Hilton properties, it was served hot and was tasty. A big plus for us, the hotel had both a Tesla destination charger and a J 1772 charger. These were well marked, near the rear entrance, and much appreciated by us as EV owners. St. Catharines itself was a nice community to visit, with a couple of lovely beaches (one with a carousel and both with beach volleyball areas) and we enjoyed a walk to a pier next to one as well, spotting the skyline of Toronto in the distance and passing near a couple of small lighthouses. The drive to Niagara was easy, only about 15 minutes, and we had no trouble enjoying both daytime activities and the fireworks at night, but still getting back to the hotel easily and quickly. I would definitely stay here again.…
Nice clean room and very quiet. The breakfast in the morning had many options and sitting area was well spaced out so you did not feel cramped by others. The front desk staff was helpful and very nice.
