We stayed here for 5 nights during our visit to Toronto. Hotel is located in a very convenient location. Very upscale hotel. Nice and Clean. Staff was friendly and always willing to assist. Highly recommended. We'll definitely stay here again if come back to the area.

I must give honor to the hotel itself, rooms and ambiance are great, however customer service is rather insulting, we had to wait for four hours before the room was ready because that is the "check-in time" no efforts whatsoever to accommodate us before that time, even with two kids.

We are sorry to hear of the delay at check-in. Our team are usually very good at accommodating early check-ins. This is certainly not in keeping with our usual hospitality and customer service that we provide. Please contact us directly if we can be of further assistance.

I've recently taken to staying at the Park Hyatt on my business trips because of it's proximity to a client's offices. There is so much to recommend this Hyatt property, not least of which is the predictable excellent Hyatt service. If the mix of affluence and history are your bag, this is the place for you. As others have indicated,...

I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the place. The location was perfect--central, very walkable area, clean and pretty location, near a Starbucks, and an Equinox for those who want a hard-core gym experience. The staff were especially wonderful--accommodating my dietary preferences graciously, finding me an iPhone charger, and so on. The room was comfortable and quiet and...

This Hyatt is a pleasant hotel with large comfy rooms. A bit old school in terms of design but the service is great. It's close to shopping and dining and entertainment and just about everything else. It's located in a nice area to walk and stroll and drop in on a stylish cafe for coffee. The amenities are up to...

Staying in Midtown

Neighbourhood Profile
Midtown
Midtown is a dynamic part of Toronto with some of its most stylish high-rise residences and heritage buildings. The area sees busy shoppers with bag-laden arms balancing lattes in paper cups as they travel from one luxury brand to the next, taking advantage of the proximity of high-end shops. The reflecting pools, jogging trails, and nature treks of the Rosehill Revision are always a hub of outdoor activity, and after a workout from either running or splurging, many take advantage of the spas and massage parlors Midtown has to offer. Away from the bakeries, boutiques, and glamorous old theaters of the district's center, locals use the weekend to embrace the more suburban feel of Midtown's parks, tennis courts, outdoor markets, and the manicured grounds of Casa Loma, while families indulge the area's state-of-the-art playground and learning facilities. Of course, no high-brow district is complete without a healthy counter-culture: Midtown boasts some of the wildest street art and full-wall graffiti of any neighborhood in Toronto.
