We did a family staycation with the kids & grandkids & chose the Sheraton for its proximity to downtown sites that we planned to visit, the fact that they had suites & an indoor/outdoor pool. The location is great, the hotel is beautiful & some...More
What a pity this hotel is so poorly run. Had to wait in a huge Q for 40 minutes to check in and then no apology given. Two nights & on both occasions room was not serviced and we had to ring to ask. On...More
At the city centre beer well located. Personnel extremely forthcoming. Did an upgrade which gaffe us access to the line on the very top. They serve an appetizer between 5pm and 7pm. Very nice

Great stay. Lobby was classic but updated, very nice. Front desk staff was also nice, Jonathan was pleasant to talk with upon arrival and took care of overbooking by hooking me up with an upgrade free of charge. Thanks Jonathan.

I often find the check in lines at Sheraton’s in North America a real turn off. (They are notoriously slow) This one was different. Staff were so quick, helpful and friendly- it was merger day with Marriott which is a massive project globally and I...More

Downtown West is home to Toronto's gorgeous Inner Harbor, and is a must-visit for lovers of art and the outdoors. The area's rich cultural heritage is celebrated by a number of monuments and museums, giving the neighborhood a mature feel. As a premier destination for modern art, people here stroll through the cool contemporary pieces at the Power Plant, enjoy the outdoor installations along Queen's Quay and Canoe
Landing, and picnic among the zany designs of the Toronto Music Garden. The waterfront itself is often suffused with bikers and joggers, and the harbor is always packed with classic ships with masts raised. The vintage boats and ferries to the Toronto Islands make for a charming contrast against Downtown West's backdrop of skyscrapers, condos, and food trucks serving up hot, fresh fare to locals on the go. The area has a peaceful energy, and is popular with tourists and Torontonians alike.
