We stayed here before our early morning departure- this is a very basic hotel no bells or whistles. Everything was fine but my only complaints were when returning to toronto from our flight the shuttle took about 30 minutes to get there and pick us up- it was -5 and we just came back from cuba so we were super...

Dear ChelseaLeighMidds; Thank you for taking time to write your review and for your feedback, which we greatly appreciate. I am sorry to hear about your wait for the shuttle, specially when returning from a hot destination. The shuttle does run every half hour, and the run time is highly dictated by the condition of the road and the traffic....

My sis-in-law & I have stayed our first night at the Carlingview on our way for our girls trip to an all-Inclusive vacation from Toronto to the Mayan or the Dominican for approximately the last 8 years. This year we booked our room in early Aug for Jan. 25, 2016, obtaining the senior rate of around $100. for a non-smoking...

Used this hotel as a place to sleep prior to an early morning flight. We choose this hotel to use their park and fly option. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. That's all we need. Check-in/check-out both easy and painless. Parked right there on-site, which was super convenient since we usually leave warm clothes in the car for us upon...

The room was clean and comfortable. $20 less a night the Marriott, and includes wifi internet. Parking was only $5/night. Literally a 2 minute walk away. Plus you get to use the pool, fitness club and restaurant at the Marriott! In-room fridge and microwave. The bathroom had been recently redone.

I stopped over here en route to the US. It was very well priced and the room was well appointed. The staff were pleasant. My only gripe is that the receptionist earlier on the phone had insisted the shuttle from YYZ ran every 20 minutes. After freezing my nuts off at the airport stand for 30 minutes I rang them,...

I would have given it a higher rating but the lady day manager was extremely rude to a woman who had a problem with the ticket she was given for the park and fly lot. She was impatient and treated the woman as if she, the customer, were somehow to blame. The attendant on the lot was kind enough to...

Recent reviews would indicate others think differently but we were once again very happy with our one night stay. Front desk very pleasant on check in/check out. Room was clean, quiet and bed /pillows provided a good nights sleep. Perfect timing for...

Recently booked a room to stay before our flight and a week of parking. I booked directly with the hotel. Dear Linda; I am sorry to hear of your parking incident at Hotel Carlingview Toronto Airport. There must have been some miscommunication at time of the reservation as our extended parking is always offsite simply because of limited parking stalls at the hotel. We do make exceptions when space at the hotel is available however this is something we are...
