The initial location and quality of the hotel has a lot left to be desired but the central location makes up for many flaws. Being right next to China Town and Kensington Markets is great for this hotel. However might take my business elsewhere that has higher standards of cleanliness for the bedding, kitchenette and bathroom.

A three night stay was a reasonable $308 CAD with parking on site. Felt very safe with the 24 hour reception.A few small cosmetic repairs needed in the room we were in, but the did not take away from the overall experience, The kitchenette had everything necessary to eat in, but lovely restaurants a short walk away. very friendly staff...

Pleasantly surprised with this accommodation. I chose for the location and price. I was traveling alone so didn't need the amenities I usually look for when traveling with family. It is an efficiency type accom and I was impressed with the cleanliness and quality of the amenities. Though I was only there one night and didn't use. I plan on...

It seems that the rooms have been recently renovated but sad to say it has not been kept well. The bed we slept on had a big long gaping hole in the middle. What? anyways by the time I found out about this hole, it was too late to change room (100am). The microwave has a big burnt mark inside,...

So every hotel wants $400 bucks because its the film festival or the Jays are making another playoff run....this works in a pinch. What this building used to be is public housing. Now in private hands, they rent out hotel rooms. Cool. Except they also rent out rooms to those public housing in need people, so you are in the...

Location is great: close to Chinatown, Kensington market and public transport and with a free of charge car park. The rooms itself are a bit worn down. The pictures look better than it actually is. The sheets were not all to clean and the whole atmosphere of the room is a bit smudgy. Keep that in mind when booking.

The air is pervaded with music. different languages, and the smell of fried food and mouth-watering desserts.
