We travel a lot and sometimes we pay more for the hotel because we recognize that the service and accommodation will generally be a little better. This time, for this hotel, we just paid the average cost, and that is exactly what we got. The weird thing was when we checked-in. The hostess asked for my credit card and drivers... More

Spent one night. Found the hotel to be adequate but the little things detract from the experience. Let's start at the beginning. Lots of parking. Though the parking is supposed to be free, I parked by a sign saying the lot was a pay lot enforced 24 hours a day. Just after I put the first $2 in the pay... More

I must say the lobby is very well designed. A fire place with lot of comfortable seating overlooking the small courtyard made the place feel warm and cosy. The front desk staff are very helpful showing us the directions in the air. Transit close by and lot of restaurants are within walking distance. Other than an annoying couple fighting all... More

We spent two nights here on a bus tour trip. We were shocked to find the hallway carpet so dirty with many little stuff lying for the two days we were there. Garbage bags sitting near the ice machine and heater were never been picked up. The whole area was stinking so badly. We were looking for the manager to... More

We did our booking via Booking.com and we didn't have any issues at all. It's a good hotel for the price that you pay !! The breakfast was included but it we didn't make it because it was to early for us to make it at the right time (7:30am-9:00am). Perfect location, easy access to highways, fair price, free parking,... More

Stayed at Edward Village for a night as one of the stops on our Eastern Canada bus tour. This hotel needs a lot of TLC. Elevators were funny, one side with updated buttons and the other side with old non-working buttons. Carpet seems dirty and the hallway had a funky smell to it. Ice machine is on the main floor... Not a great hotel. When I showed up yesterday the room was not clean. There was hair and toilet paper pieces on the bathroom floor, not swept much less mopped. The tv wasn't working, turns out it had been unplugged, along with the lamp. The room generally does not feel clean or comfortable. The breakfast that was included is not... More

Recently I stayed at the Edward Village Hotel during the Toronto Craft Beer Festival, held right in the hotel parking lot. We were an hour early and could not check in, which was a bit of a let down, as the hotel didn't seem overly busy until a plane load of tourists arrived. In any event, the hotel lobby and... More
