I was also concerned after booking with some of the reviews. if someone said bad stuff, so not true. from the time of my arrival to departure I was treated with courtesy and respect to the highest. my room was clean and bed very comfortable. The free breakfast needs to step it up . there was no sausage eggs or...

Be aware weary traveller, there's no restaurant or bar. A take away is offered but you must order over a certain dollar value. After a 24hr trip, Pringles and water is not an ideal dinner. Nor is being woken up twice after normal checkout time, when you've paid for a late checkout. Staff friendly however.

booked this hotel because it's advertised as stay and fly. When I arrived and asked where it would the best place to park for the week ,the front clerk looked at me as a meal ticket and told me that the week of parking would be an additional 70 $. First park and fly is less money and there was...

After reading so many poor reviews, I was initially worried about my stay but it turned out great! Granted, the hotel was a little worn out but the interior was still acceptable - my room was clean and spacious, and the toilet had a clean and bright feel to it. The manager was extremely friendly (not rude at all), and...

We just needed a hotel for one night because of a layover flight, otherwise we would never stay here. You can call the hotel from the airport for shuttle service (phones at airport entrance/exit) and they will come to collect you at a designated area. The hotel itself looks a bit worn out and caught in a time warp, although...

I booked a one night stay through Expedia as I believe that this hotel does not do direct bookings. Called in advance to guarantee our room for late arrival (1 am). The hotel said we were good to go but when we arrived there was no room for us. They did not offer to give us a night at another...

I used this hotel in a pinch when my flight was cancelled late at night. But I wouldn't stay here intentionally after experiencing it. The hotel was suggested by the information person at the airport as being reasonably priced and available rooms. Not being able to get the corporate travel agent on the phone at that point, I had to...

Sam the owner/manager was the rudest little man ever! I PAID and dropped in my bags in the room to meet my friends that were sharing the room with me and refused to get them from the airport because I signed in! When I argued that they are the registered guests but I am the joint guest he locked my...

We called the hotel and booked a room for that night and we enjoyed our stay. Check in was fast and friendly and our room was nice and clean. The bathroom has a window from the shower into the bedroom, so that was interesting. There were planes taking off and landing until about 1am, but it's an airport hotel so...
