I called to book a room for my husband's birthday. The reservation agent asked if I could be flexible on the date and since I was he was able to book a nicer room. We appreciated the honesty and loved the room. There was even a birthday card and chocolates waiting on the bed, such a nice touch! We had...

We stayed at the Old Mill for a couple of nights over Easter weekend. Very friendly staff; personal attention (we received a phone call prior to our visit to confirm our arrangements and to determine any special occasions - indeed we were having an anniversary which was commented on upon our arrival as well as recognised in our room -...

Old Mill is a very nice hotel to stay at. The onsite bar has a pub feel and offers live jazz a few nights a week. The food in the bar is very good. The atmosphere of the entire property is very nice. Parking and breakfast is included. My only compliant is that the breakfast is continental and while presented...

My boyfriend and I recently took a local staycation at the Old Mill. The historic relevance of the Old Mill fascinated both of us, and we loved the seemingly original touches that were found throughout - from the gardens, the lobby, the hallways and the bedrooms. Bedrooms were spacious, and the wifi was consistent and fast - allowing us to...

This place is ok. We stayed here one night. It's ok but I guess it's all about expectations. It's a nice break from the city but nothing special. The rooms are really dated with carpet. There is a stale smell in the hallways. The spa is very small. No steam room. The breakfast is sub par Continental. I don't know....

Stayed here for a course with work recently. Very quaint and old fashioned - but rooms and nice and spacious and the staff are very friendly. Food for lunch and dinner was excellent - buffet style with many choices for lunch Not very modern but a nice hotel nonetheless!

My expectations were much higher. This is very a nice traditional hotel far away from standards from big chains. room is equipped with everything you expect. The Old Mill is a beautiful, castle-like experience. The hotel and rooms are older but kept very up to date- the bathroom and bedroom have all the bells and whistles. Whirlpool and separate shower.
