The room renovations are fantastic. The hotel is still under construction but we didn't mind because they are only still working on updating the common areas and the floors. The hotel has free breakfast, free parking and wifi is included. It is perfectly located near restaurants, the downtown core, the tunnel and the mall. The eggs at breakfast are runny...

Outstanding staff at this hotel. I can't say enough about the friendly and helpful staff. Mark had wonderful suggestions for activities, dining, and was so kind to us. He was like our own personal concierge. Very welcoming atmosphere. Hotel is in a great location with a short drive to the Caesars Casino and downtown Windsor area. Only a 1 hour...

Girlfriend took me to the Joe for a wings game and we decided to stay in the comfort inn on dougall. Was quiet at night, some noise due to renovations but room was nice bed was really comfortable. Breakfast came with cereal, toast, eggs, peameal bacon and waffles. Good selection for drinks with a 24/7 coffee going. Receptionist was really...

My wife and I and dog stayed here this past weekend and we would definitely come back the next time we need accommodations in the area. The hotel is under renovation -- the front desk / reception area is closed as they are renovating it. There's a 'make-shift' front entrance, but it does the job and c'mon, they're renovating to...

Cleanliness of room needed improvement. The closet cupboard was dirty, the carpet needed vacuuming under the desk, the head board needed to be wiped. The carpet in the room was old and stained. Definitely needs to be updated. The breakfast seating area is cramped. The breakfast itself was good with a variety of items available. The staff were very nice.

We had hockey games in Lakeshore and Windsor on a Saturday and Sunday so needed a place to stay as we had to drive 2.5hrs and didn't want to do the drive twice. This hotel was the perfect spot to stay and be close to both arenas. It is currently under some renovations but they certainly didn't interfere with the...

We were passing through Windsor and read the good reviews so decided to book a few rooms for the night. The gentleman that greeted us at the front desk was very friendly. There were bowls of fruit and cold water in a pitcher at the front desk for guests to serve themselves. You can also get coffee and tea. The...

The main floor rooms are great to load and unload by patio doors to your room! I was a little concerned about traffic noise and questionable people around, but it was well lit and with the air/fan running, the traffic wasn't a problem. The only noise that was difficult was being at the end of hall, by the fire door...

This hotel is reasonably comfortable and well situated not far from the Canadian / US border. Rooms are standard fare, but reasonably comfortable. Small 32 inch TV, but WiFi is reasonably quick. Queen bed is OK, sheets were in good condition and bathroom was also acceptable but heating cooling is up and down. Breakfast is fairly standard, but no complaints....

We stayed here for a baseball tournament. Most hotels were fully booked. It was expensive for what it is. Rooms were nice and have been renovated but are quite small. Lobby and hallway are in desperate need of updating. Questionable guests (ladies of the evening?) were observed which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast was better than expected but was placed in...
