I planned our trip and had the idea since our flight home was the only direct flight we could get that we should stay near the airport. This was a great thing to do as we took a taxi from Gare Du Central to the Holiday Inn. We asked the nice front desk agent for a restaurant recommendation but ate dinner at the restaurant at the hotel which was great. The next morning, we took the shuttle bus to the airport which was complimentary and was perfect for us. We had a nice room and would stay there again. Even though we were only 7 minutes from the airport, I would HIGHLY recommend getting there 3 hours early if you are flying back to the US to get through security and customs. We luckily made our flight in time due to filling out some online forms when we were waiting in line to see the customs agent. Others did NOT get through in time to make the flight.…

Stayed overnight to allow car rental pickup in am (common theme). Hotel staff were very good and accomdating. Shuttle doesnt run after 10pm. Taxi ride ($18) reimbursed by hotel. Morning shuttle bus ran on schedule (albeit with a missing back window - I assume that will be fixed shortly). Room was modern, clean and good mattress. Didnt get to try pool or gym. Good option for an overnight stay near airport. Airport is adjacent to industrial park... no amenities nearby - driving required. Would definitely stay again!

We arrived late at night and were greeted and welcomed by a friendly and kind front desk agent. We booked through points and originally requested a double queen room. There were no double queens available so they gave us a king suite. The room was nice but the pull out couch was not very comfortable – it was very basic foam. We called ahead and asked if it was possible for the pull out bed to be made when we arrived as we were getting in really late and needed to be up again in a few hours. The bedding was not in the room. It was ready downstairs, but forgotten. The room was not super clean – there were chip crumbs in the couch, weird seed/food debris on the cushion, and the floor was sticky. Good hotel for an overnight stop at the airport. Room was large, beds comfortable. Staff pleasant and helpful, especially the shuttle bus driver. Weather was terrible the day I left, there was a massive power cut but the hotel had a generator so there was light in the lobby.

My employeur booked this hotel for my 4 night stay. I enjoyed the pool, hot tub, room was spacious (had the king suite with walk in shower). The staff was always helpful (thank you lobby counter staff for letting me keep my precious cargo in your freezer). At the airport you need to call for the shuttle (free). Always better to book the shuttle at the lobby counter in advance. Free parking, wifi worked fine. I’m a room cleaner apart from other jobs and I know staff is hard to find and most are over worked. The only good thing about this place is its' proximity to the airport. Shuttle stops at 11pm, so the 3 minute ride from the airport cost $25. Booked the hotel because of the shuttle and the Holiday Inn brand. The room was below average. It was run down and in need of updating and a good cleaning.

Excellent hotel, 2km from airport and shuttle bus to airport . Very quiet and comfortable clean room. Large bathroom, 2 Queen size beds all white bedding. Rooms have been renovated. There' a pool and a spa. Mini fridge, Coffee maker and microwave. Front desk staff is polite and efficient. Had dinner, and breakfast and both were delicious. Cocktails at the bar were expensive , so I only had one, LOL .The parking lot is safe. I book directly with the hotel. We stayed in room 530 on January 30 and 330 on our return Feb. 14.

Overall this is the finest hotel near YUL. Front desk staff are polite and efficient, always well done. Excellent, free breakfast included is very appreciated. The onsite, Napa Lounge restaurant, provides an excellent meal at a very reasonable cost. Rooms a large and very well kept. Will be back!

Front desk girl was friendly , room seems nice & clean , BUT after travelling for 16 hours & very tired we wanted a quick bite to eat before going to bed , had to wait over 45 mins for a bowl of pasta !! When I said something to the waiter I was told well what do you expect there is only 1 chef in the kitchen !! There were at least 24 people in the restaurant- I think the management should realise that many guests are using the hotel for a stopover 1 night & are tired & have been travelling a long time & do not want to wait 45 mins to an hour for their food . The couple next to us said they had drunk a bottle of wine whilst waiting for their food. (incidentally they left most of their food) When our food eventually arrived - the salad consisted of only rocket leaves & 2 baby tomatoes & no dressing (not what was described on the menu or what one would think a side salad should consist of) And the pasta said it was with sausage & mushrooms with a crumble topping ?! no sight of the topping or mushrooms & about two small pieces of sausage. My advice would be avoid the restaurant at the hotel if you possibly can Oh and they played quite loud music & the lights were very bright !! Just Awful…

Stayed here overnight and found it clean and comfortable. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Had supper in the restaurant and it was decent. My husband had the brunch which was tasty. The shuttle was on time and the driver was very friendly.
