When we first arrived, the hotel appeared to be very modern and clean and welcoming. When we got inside, we instantly checked in with no problems. However, when we entered our room, there was a fairly strong smoke smell inside and even leaving a window open did not solve any problems. I complained (politely) to the front desk, as this...

We have been staying in room 210 with a queen bed and a sofa bed.the room is equipped with all necessary items, like closet , fridge, hangers for clothes. The room was stylish, with carpet, an a very beautiful shower, with a glass divider. Towels were cleaned and soft and cosy, and shampoo shower gel and soap were in the...

One of the best places to stay in Montreal. Room is clean, front desk is nice and the breakfast is a must! I didn't have any problem staying in this warm place in the Canadian winter. Want to come back one day!

My room, while artistically decorated, lacked some items I consider essential, such as closets and/or hangars, a door on the bathroom, a soap dish in the shower, drawers for clothes, counter space adjacent to the bathroom sink, easily accessible electrical outlets, a safe, and a place to eat the continental breakfast provided. The weirdest part of the room was the...

This place! Well I am not sure I will be coming back! We arrive an hour after check in and out room was not yet ready. The fro t desk person did not even inform us of this prior to arriving to the room. As we open the door to the room the housekeeper was taking off the bed sheets...

Upon entering the hotel parking lot, it does feel very secure as it is a courtyard setting. The concierge was friendly, as we arrived late at night. The room itself was decorated and visually appealing. The bathroom was very nice, and the shower pressure and temperature where great. There were plenty of bathroom linens provided, but the bed did have...

With about $110 USD for 4 persons, this hotel is OK for the money you spend. It is located near the old Olympic site of Montreal. However it is on the subway route so with a 3 day pass, you could go anywhere without driving. Remind you that one have to buy one of the memory card before you could...

Rooms are sold by the hour or the night no soap or shampoo pictures in the lobby are deceptive. The room was small and dirty ac was loud and ineffective. Very expensive for what you get. DO NOT STAY HERE! We will not be back. There are nice hotels in the are that are similarly price and you will feel...

Let me say first off the website is misleading beyond belief. The pictures make it look beautiful but it's anything but. For the price it looks like a high roller hotel, hot tub, unique rooms, all that jazz. But when we entered it was anything but. The first problem was parking, we couldn't even find a spot to park the...

Worst hotel, this hotel stinks, smells like smoke everywhere. I/D make reservations the previous day and pain in full... However, when i went to check in my room at 10:00PM, The hotel staff tome me that they didn't have any rooms available. Being that the check in time is generally 1:PM It baffles me that the room I'D booked for...

Staying in Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)

Neighbourhood Profile
Olympic Park & Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa)
Named for the Olympic Stadium complexes built for the 1976 games, the Olympic Park and the surrounding neighbourhood of Hochelaga-Maisonneuve (HoMa) make up an invigorated area dedicated to "Space for Life." Around the Olympic Village's arenas and stadiums, Rue Sherbrooke welcomes exploration of its sculpture gardens decorated in the works of Jean-Paul Riopelle and its museum culture headed by the historical Château Dufresne. Maisonneuve Park offers interactive experiences at its bio-dome, insectarium, planetarium, and botanical gardens. For a change of scene, the gentrified space along Rue Ontario Est is packed with the city's newest, edgiest cafes, where an imaginative, youthful crowd sips foamy cappuccinos. A visit here is incomplete without stepping into the vast halls of the Maisonneuve Market, with flower stalls, wine depots, and local produce.
