Although the price to leave your vehicle for a week is the best in the area, we were given a room still under renovation. There was plaster on the floor, plaster dust everywhere and the smell of wet plaster was overwhelming. If it weren't for the fact that we needed to be up at 3:00 am to catch our flight, we would have absolutely complained and asked for a room change.

Stayed here for 1 night the room was clean bed was comfortable clean bed sheets and towels. Wi-Fi worked ok had some issues signing on as it kept asking for sign on details which I wasn't given. Couldn't phone the operator as the phone didn't work. There were 3 different networks to sign on to so I tried until 1 worked automatically. No restaurants within walking distance but staff was helpful in providing delivery options. Shuttle was available and it's about a 5-7 min ride to/from the airport. Gym had adequate equipment but was lacking towels and the TV didn't work and there is also a sauna. Price was reasonable and value provided, I would recommend this hotel if you are driving and want to stay near the airport.

Was impressed with the lovely entry and conference areas, bar and restaurant, and swimming area. Beautiful. Reached our room to find a one-star hotel fitted with a few pieces of art from IKEA and an attempt to upgrade the bathroom. The Wi-F is excellent, but there are no usb outlets and only a few electrical outlets to plug a block into for charging devices. The rest bad news. There’s a Grandpa chair that’s been chewed on by the dog, lots of paint scraped off the closet and bathroom door, and a heating/cooling system from a roadside motel. Oh, and our king sized bed had two pillows on it. We called the front desk thirty minutes ago for two more pillows, but so far, nothing. Maybe there’s a pillow shortage in Montreal. No extra towels, no blankets in the closet. We had reservations, they knew this room would have two people in it. Not a good end to my first trip to Canada.…

Checked in tonight and they provided a room key that was being occupied by other guests . Front desk staff - attitude- I don’t care … Watch your stuff if they are giving access to other guests . This is the Raddison /represented by a hotel chain

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the buffet breakfast (not included) was tasty. However, the place is a maze (seriously, they draw the route on a map so you can find your room), the hall carpets were speckled with ?paint?plaster?, and our room had a "window" into a storage area. All this for $100 more than we paid two weeks earlier for an airport hotel in Toronto.

Starting with the restaurant bar food, my husband got sick from the club sandwich. We brought our kids to this hotel for one night to swim, with only two people in the pool for lessons, we were told there’s no swimming aloud. Only on Saturday. Saturday 10am comes around, still swimming lessons going on. Pool was closed. Don’t bring your kids here for a nice time, it won’t happen. We did not feel safe. Locks on the doors were broken off and very noisy.

We checked in the night before a flight, and it was so loud. The atrium was full of chaos, kids running everywhere until well past 10pm on a Tuesday night. People cooking from microwaves and yelling late in to the night. Was hoping for a quiet, early night before our flight but it was impossible. They were also doing renos in the hall outside our room, complete with sounds of drills and moving heavy items, without any mention of this scheduled to be done on the website before booking. Those workers also worked well beyond 10pm. There were also security guards posted everywhere which was weird, blocking off hallways of the hotel. Super strange and uncomfortable, with no warning or explanation on the website either. The pool was only open weekends, which at least was mentioned on the website but seems strange given it's a busy hotel. Wish they had mentioned the renos and wish they had respected the "quiet hours". While I did call to ask the front desk staff to ask those in the atrium to be quieter, no one answered over an hour. Such a disappointing Radisson experience. I expect more from this chain as I've had good experiences before under this brand (part of why I booked, it seemed reliable).…

This Radisson is about 10 minutes away from the YUL Trudeau Airport. Hotel has a shuttle van- nothing nearby from what i could see. Restaurant is very good for breakfast in the morning. Room was older but comfortable and heat worked.

Good hotel to stay overnight when leaving for the airport the next day. The room was clean and comfy. Shuttle and parking are included in the price. We left our car there for a week. The shuttle came and got us on time when we got back and brought us directly to our parking spot. Dennis, the shuttle driver was very nice and polite! He deserves a good tip!
