Rooms have a kitchenette so feels a little more like a studio than a hotel room. Furnishings were nice, but certainly not upscale. Staff was very friendly and helpful and I did appreciate the complimentary breakfast. I do wish the kitchen had some glassware and utensils but these are available on request. Central location.

Stayed in this hotel for 5 nights for our honeymoon. We got a really good deal from Booking.com. The room was quite large with 1 King bed and 1 sofa bed on high floor. Front desk staff was friendly and helpfull. Would consider to stay here again as it is near China town - a plus for us !

This is a really nice hotel. Clean, perfect location and they include breakfast. I stayed in a studio room which has a kitchenette so I was able to bring home dinner. At the front desk they have utensils. The staff was great and a short walk to the train station. On the bus route from the airport. Perfect!

Warm and helpful front desk, clean and fully stocked rooms (I could have made my own meals there if it hadn't been so close to Chinatown and Quartier des Spectacles), with an upscale feel that didn't cost too much. Breakfast was enjoyable and I never had to take the Metro or bus because all of central Montreal was a walk...

Clean and comfortable suite. We were there for a couple of nights on Easter Weekend. The king size bed was very comfortable. We had decided to sleep in on Sunday morning and put out the 'Do not disturb' sign. We left the room around 10 am and returned at 4 pm to find that the room was not made up....

Clean, spacious, comfortable rooms with amenities reasonable prices and close to everything. I love this place. My spouse stays there quite often for business also. The staff helpful and friendly. Close to the downtown shopping area Rue Ste-Catherine, le cartier des spectacles, museum and so much more. .

Three guys in Montreal for a "guys weekend" to have some fun. We didn't need anything complicated or upscale, and we're glad we found this hotel. Our room was right beside the elevator, but never heard it. Could hear voices on occasion in the hallways but nothing crazy or disturbing. The room was a suite with a kitchenette, full-sized fridge,...

We stayed here around the beginning of December. We were pleased when we checked into our room, as the suite was spacious for the 2 of us. We looked down onto a courtyard. The separate bedroom bed, was very comfortable. This hotel is handy to the River area, as we walked over to it, to tour that area and more....

Good quality, spacious rooms for a reasonable price. Breakfast is included and is decent enough, with hot and cold options available. Gym is serviceable and welcome for the included price. Perhaps worth shopping around for parking, given its over $20 a day. But overall an excellent hotel and location for the price.

Great hotel. Great Location. Rooms were large and spacious. Staff was helpful and polite. Parking is $24 extra per night. But room rates were affordable and breakfast was very filling. Close to everything and walking distance. Enjoyed our visit to Montreal and def will be back. They accommodated all our requests. Was very happy with everything. Look forward to going...

Staying in Quartier des Spectacles

Neighbourhood Profile
Quartier des Spectacles
The bar-none entertainment district for music and arts, Quartier des Spectacles is an interactive playground that delights the senses. It totals over 30 performance halls, with the vibrant Place des Festivals at its heart. The outdoor event space features glowing towers, glass edifices, and granite-lined bike paths, and hosts annual festivals, concerts, and comedy nights. The cinema, theatres, and exhibition centres are entwined with external art projects, exemplified at Montreal's Contemporary Art Museum and appearing along every walkway of the Promenade des Artistes in the form of sculpture and public works, from digitally-enhanced swingsets to glowing fountains. Design, performance, and alternative music come together here, a stone's throw from the lively Latin Quarter along Rue Saint-Denis, the quintessential after-party spot for dinner and a drink following a day of jazz, poetry and play.
