We stayed here one night while driving back from Quebec City on our way home to upstate NY. Traffic around Montreal is horrendous. Did not know this was the start of a long weekend (Monday was Victoria Day). Hotel was well laid out and our room was spacious and comfortable. Airport noise was unnoticeable. Our room rate was reasonable, BUT the options for dining were basically the hotel of nothing. Dinner for two for a simple meal and 2 glasses of wine was over $100 US. Breakfast for 2 using their continental breakfast option was over $50. Albeit I tipped both times at 20% but the service was prompt and professional. The food was pretty standard fare. You could go to Tim Horton’s across the road but you would never make it…traffic barriers and rushing trucks and cars. Oh, yes, and don’t forget the $20 parking fee. Last Saturday May 14, 2023 my wife my son and my self checked in. The reason to stay in this hotel is the shuttle service and the short distance to the airport. My wife and my son had a trip that was schedule very early in the morning. As we live in Ottawa we found reasonable to be as close as possible to Montreal airport. Then we park our car in the pay parking owned by the hotel. It is outside but you have to pay $20 plus tax/night. It has aan entry and exit arm and the key fob to let in and out ("security") we arrived around 5:30 pm and check-in in and went to the room and we did not leave the hotel anymore until 3:15 am with the shuttle to the airport. iI my self accompany my wife and my son dropped luggage to American and they went to security. I returned to the hotel in the same shuttle service and went directly to the room around 4 am. And went to bed to rest a bit before I iniciate my trip back to Ottawa. I woke up and took a shower and around 9am I left the room and went to the front desk to check out. When I went to the parking lot. Ohhh SURPRISE!. My HONDA CRV WHITE disappeard. It was STOLEN from the hotel private parking lot. Simply unbelievable and shaking ! I went to the front desk to report it. The supervisor (an Asian man) was extremely uncorteous and mentioned that it was my responsibility ?? What's lack of compassion with the situation. Not even an apology from the hotel. I was not offered at least a coffee or water to diminish a bit the uncertain moment saddnes and impotence! Being Monday may 15 at 8pm I have not heard back from the manager of the hotel. I wrote him and also Hilton Honors explaininf the situation!! Not even contacted her from my insurance Allstate. Not even from Police. That was so sad also when the police came for filling the report..his answer was. "There is nothing we can do" if the authority can not do anything what the civilians can do?? This hotel, Montreal has a serious security concerns. And I will investigate if this happen before in this hotel. If so. Please come forward. We could have a case here! This is a great stay and so close to the airport approximately 10 minutes.We had an unexpected stay due to a flight cancellation. The staff was amazing. I also left an very important item in my room, it was promptly boxed and couriered to my home.This service was certainly appreciated as this item was very important to me.

I would stay here next time i'm in the area, The staff was friendly and there to help on all your needs. Clean and safe, no issue with safety or any other concerns. There was a small issue with parking due to the amount of snow in the area, but staff easily rectified my concerns

Stay at this hotel for business very often. I am a Hilton Honors member and I generally enjoy the experience of staying at hotels in this chain. This hotel however is stifling to meet the standard. Rooms are getting tired and ragged. I spent 10+ nights here in Feb and my room was not cleaned once. The maids saw me come and go. They were polite and friendly but never set foot in my room. The last two times I checked in I asked for a room at the back of the hotel away from the noise of the airport which can be loud between 0530 to 2330. Both times I was given a room at the front of the hotel by different front desk staff. I assume that they either don’t care, don’t know the layout of the hotel or are trying to piss me off. I mentioned during my last checkout about the room not being cleaned for 9 days and the response was “really?” And nothing else. So not my.favourite hotel but it’s locations is the best for work. I hope your experience is better than mine.…

Having arrived in Montreal from an international flight, we needed a place to spend the night before heading off on our road trip the next day. The hotel is conveniently located close to the airport and provides guest parking at an extra cost. The rooms were averagely comfortable, and the dinner and breakfast options were appreciated in terms of convenience.

Outlets are stripped so you cannot plug in anything Carpet pulling up near windows Pool closed Hot tub closed Staff not helpful, in fact we’re rude and unwelcoming. Broken elevator dirty sheets!! BEWARE! OUR TRUCK WAS STOLEN OUT OF THIS PARKING LOT WHILE WE WERE ON VACATION! WE RETURNED FROM MEXICO WITH OUR CHILDREN TO FIND OUT THAT OUR TRUCK WAS GONE. WE LIVE ALMOST 3 HOURS AWAY. THANKFULLY THE HOTEL GAVE US A ROOM FOR THE NIGHT, AS WE NOW HAVE NO VEHICLE, WINTER COATS, BOOTS ETC. OR A WAY HOME! STAFF DIDN'T SEEM TO BE SURPRISED BY THIS. THIS IS NOT A SAFE PARKING LOT FOR YOU TO PARK YOUR VEHICLE. THEY DON'T MONITOR IT WELL AND A THIEF CAN FIND A WAY TO GET YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THE GATE.
