This was our first time here but we won't be staying again, for a number of reasons. While the hotel staff were all very friendly, and the breakfast was OK, the hotel is old and needs renovations. It is also located in a kind of...More

This was a return visit. We like the location of this hotel, it's staff and amenities.
But it is much more rundown since our last visit.
There was a hole in the ceiling, the paint on the wall was scuffed and the décor is dated....More

Excellent views from the balcony. We were on the 11th floor, and shifted to the 6th floor, due to family requirements.
Very close to the main shopping and dining areas. Beds a bit too soft for my liking.
Thank Kumar L

Dear Kumar L,
Thank you so much for sharing your recent experience at the Residence Inn Montreal Westmount, we are glad that we made you feel at home away from home!
The hotel is in need of refurbishment - the elevator floor is horrific and there are other areas in the hotel that are unacceptable. The elevator also moves a significant distance after the doors open and I believe this to be a safety issue. Our...More

Montreal's towering skyline is concentrated in the Downtown area, its nexus of commerce and commercialism. A suffusion of luxury hotels, flagship stores, high-end restaurants, and corporate headquarters characterize the neighborhood, which by nightfall transforms from a business district into a youth-culture hotspot, with hip bars, clubs, and restaurants heavily peopled by students and young
professionals. The once-seat of millionaire's 'Golden Square Mile', an incongruity of stately mansions and dapper brownstones sit between glass skyscrapers, creating a visually lush urban landscape. Beneath the sidewalks lay the Underground City, the world's largest below-ground mall, a labyrinth of over 1,500 shops and eateries that echo the profusion of cafes, gallerias, cinemas, and fashion outlets above. From the scholarly array at McGill University to the carousing crowds of Rue Crescent, visit Downtown to shop by day for what you'll wear there by night.

We do have a recommendation for an offsite parking lot with the same advantages our property offers it is located within 3 minutes walking distance to our property. It is an outside lot operated and managed by the city of Montreal and the cost for 24h is 22$CND payable in cash or credit card (with the only exception that they do not take american express.)
When you arrive in front of the hotel, simply park your vehicle in our 15 minutes drop-off area, that will give you time to check in and unload while our front desk staff will advise you on where to park your minivan.
We look forward to welcoming you!
