I am a little late with this review as we were there in mid- September. It is a really nice B nd B and Phillipe and Nicholas have worked very hard to make it the place it is. Everywhere is spotlessly clean and all the...More
We had great memories of our first stay in this B&B fifteen years ago and revisited those memories October last. We enjoyed the hospitality of the new owners and the francophone Philippe received us in his charming dutch. The house is renovated but kept the...More
This was my first time staying there with the current owners. The place is everything I would want in a B&B, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the place is well maintained. Breakfast is simple but appropriate. I will definitely stay there...More
Nothing about luxuary ! MUCH BETTER, it's just about the warm welcome of the hosts, Nicolas's smile, Philippe's humor, our good taste decorated room, the perfect mattress (i'm more than difficult for it...) , ...

I had a really lovely relaxed stay at B&B The Village. Philippe and Nicolas are fantastic hosts and the house is elegant and quiet, right in the heart of The Village. The Bedrooms and facilities are first-class and so homely. When ever I go back...More
The rainbow pillars of Beaudry Métro Station shepherd the way into to The Village, one of the largest hubs for gay and lesbian culture in North America. With an open layout and a congenial aura, the refurbished buildings along Rue Sainte-Catherine pay a special homage to menswear and to caffeine, with showrooms and cafes. By morning, the antiquing gems along Amherst Street are packed with collectors. An incredible party
spot, The Village comes alive at night, when clubs, bars, and dance halls open their doors and the revelry is high, epitomised by the fanciful trimmings of the apropos Oscar Wilde building. From May to September, the area closes to automotive traffic, allowing restaurant terraces to pour onto the streets, creating a dynamic sense of community. Les Boules Roses, thousands of pink baubles, are hung to welcome in the festivals and celebrations, including Montréal en Arts, Divers-Cité, and the Pride Parade.

Yes you can add parking prior to arrival. The owners are very responsive and accommodating. You can just email them and give an estimated arrival time. The parking is locked, so they will open when you arrive.
