Where to start, check in was ok. The room was not extremely clean and I had No Coffee or Tea for the machine. I was told they had room service and we could also eat at the 1 and only restaurant as well. I got to my room , it had stains everywhere, walls , carpet , shower. I could tell the vacuum was not used or properly done. The bed had 4 pillows (all terrible) , bed is ok. The bathroom mirror had spots from previous guest. Nothing like the pictures. I informed front desk about it and although they offered to move me. I had no energy to deal with it that night. It took 4 days before I had to ask again for tea and coffee. Which I received 2 green tea and the hotel didn’t have the capsules for the espresso machine. The mini fridge is not even cold. My AC worked better and I used it as my fridge. The following morning I called for room service. Was told they don’t do room service on weekends. So I spent 3 days without breakfast. But I paid the price of one, buying 2 ESKA, 2 Soda & 2 ricecrispis = 23$ I ate nothing but those for 3 days straight. WIFI is the worst (and is not protected) I couldn’t watch anything on my laptop without a loading every 25secs. Anyway Housekeeping has to be requested otherwise, u don’t get your room cleaned. The housekeepers speak only Spanish. On Sunday nite I asked if In the morning (Monday) I could get breakfast (room service) . Yes ! I called and was told no room service at all this week because someone is on vacation. The remote control function one way only= Channel Down button! U heard it, the arrow up to change channel can’t get you to higher channel numbers. So if u pushed down to quickly, you have to go all the way down until you get the channel. My bathroom door handle stayed in my hands on nite 2. So night 4 I raised a fuss to have dinner brought up to my room. The restaurant has a 5 items menu. Cheapest item is 28$ or 33$ . Expensive Burger n fries 36$. It’s was good. The next morning, I was under the impression that my #LiveLimetless Guest Program gave u complementary breakfast and ordered 2 plates of fresh fruits. I was once more denied room service and I refused the answer. I did say it’s only fresh fruit, so bring it up when u can or after breakfast service. Which they did. Holy F..K, i had 1 white mold blueberry and some old grapes. I saw the receipt. NOT COMPLEMENTARY, 25$ / plate of fruits. Now I know Masks are no longer mandatory, but the 3 hand sanitizer stations I went to were all empty. BAD

There isn't anything near here except for the airport but it was nice being close to the airport for a good night's rest before flying out. The hotel would also be good for a business trip if you have to stay in the area and have a car. It does take about 20 to 30 minutes to get to the city from this hotel. The check in was quick and the hotel smells and looks clean. The room we stayed in needed a little help as the toilet paper holder was missing it's bar, the mini fridge was missing and the screw holes were quite visible and the some towels were quite frayed and in need of some replacement. The pool and hot tub were at a good temperature and there was lots of natural light in the area. There is a bathroom nearby which you can change in and the hotels are in the pool area. The TVs are pretty new but we couldn't find anything to watch so I would recommend bringing your own HDMI adapter. The hotel could do a better job for changeover of hotel rooms as the clocks showed the wrong time and the one went off unexpectedly at 6 am. There are better options in the city but if you are just going through Montreal or need a place near the airport this is a decent option for that and there is lots of parking.

We recently stayed at the Novotel Montreal Airport and had a great stay. The hotel was clean, and the rooms were spacious. The staff were very welcoming and took great care of us. Thank you to Rose at the Bar! She was amazing and made us feel at home. We met Tony, the General Manager when we checked out. Such a nice guy! Very friendly and welcoming and made sure that we were taken care of during our stay. I would definitely return to the Novotel Montreal Airport if in Montreal again. What a fantastic team!

Ample parking ….. 21 minutes to the city centre Nice building & design from the outside Renewed lobby, bar/ restaurant Corridor carpet on rooms floors - terrible (really badly stained !!! ) needs renewed !! Room good size, well fitted out and clean. Our bedroom carpet had suffered water damage from the en-suite and was badly rippled !! Needed replaced. 1 of our 4 beds sheets was badly stained and should have been replaced. Making up the room each day was by request - which actually I quite liked !! Room make up could have been more thorough though ….. needed new tissues, soap etc …. Which was missed !! Breakfast wasn’t great !! I wouldn’t recommend! Front desk were very responsive !!!! I would only stay here again if I had to if the prices elsewhere were too high !! Other wise when visiting Montréal next time I will stay somewhere else.

very shady business practices. Charges were billed and not notified for the reason. A refund was only offered after calling in. the refund that was issued was not even the correct amount! thanks for wasting my time on this by having to now file a dispute.

This was a hotel we went to frequently. There is a corporate rate for my husband to stay there and attend company meetings. We have not been stayed at the hotel since the pandemic. It used to be one of the nicer hotels with great staff and restaurants. What a difference it has become. Due to the pandemic there is no maid service. After 3 days we needed clean towels, ours were damp. We are in Montreal, I tried to ask the maid for towels in English and French. She could only speak Spanish. We ran out of toilet paper, the frig wasn’t working, we needed more cups. We asked the front desk, they did not have any protocol as to where we were to obtain these things. Our room was well worn with chipped furniture and pictures with cracked glass. It was so frustrating. We will ever stay there again. The front desk was not at all helpful.

after staying in old montreal for a few nights, staying at the Novotel was less than half the price. It wasnt perfect, but for half the price it was a better value. I spent a bit more on uber to get to the places i wanted to go, but still saved money staying here.

I spent two nights in this hotel in April 2022. As I have been here before, I was expecting this to be same as the pre-Covid, the last visit I had. Unfortunately the management has cut the maintenance budget big time … I had a major water leakage problem in the bathroom tap that I have reported to the reception desk the first morning. Coming back in the evening i realized the water tap issue was not even looked at and problem persisted so I reported it to the staff again that was polite and apologetic. It was too late and I was to tired to pack and change room at this point … There were many other fixes also required: broken towels hangers, broken and dirty windows shades, etc Also the restaurant area for breakfast was quite run down with wall paper coming off. Day after I check out but there was no reference or words about the bathroom issue. I was not even asked how my stay was: paid and went away. Not coming back to this place again

Easy access from Hwy. Quick and efficient friendly check in. Room had a king size bed (comfortable). Nice bathroom with soap/shampoo/lotion. Easy checkout . Car stayed parked at hotel We had booked a taxi to the airport It was on time and quick (15 min) drive. Return to airport easy to take a taxi back to hotel and not needed to wait for shuttle . I took the two taxi receipts to the front desk and the credit was processed within minutes . We really liked this set up and would definitely book this hotel again.

At check-in, staff were friendly and efficient. Lobby is a nice size. There is a restaurant off of one side that serves breakfast and dinner. We didn't partake in those. Elevator is a key system use, for added security. My daughter and I had a superior king room on the 8th floor, facing the main street, Rue de la Montagne. The view was alright, and we could kind of see Mt Royal, behind the various buildings. The king bed was very comfy to sleep on...solid sleep with good pillows. There was also a pull out couch, which we could sit on. My daughter worked a bit at the work desk. There is no coffee maker in the room, but there is a kettle and tea bags or instant coffee for use. There were packages that had powder to use + other items. There wasn't a usual type fridge, but I had phoned ahead of arriving, and the person stated that there is a mini bar, and one could find room to put a few items in, which we did. Shower had 2 shower heads...one on an angle, and one large one, where the water comes straight down. There is no hair dryer to use, and no, much needed mini bottle of conditioner to use. The front desk staff stated they were out of it, for now. The location of the hotel in the city is great, with just walking 1'2 the street to get to the major street of Rue Ste. Catherine, and the other way, the major Blvd Rene Levesque. The street, one over from hotel, has alot of pubs/bars, restaurants, for several streets (Crescent street). We were able to walk to many places we wanted to see, or used the handy Metro, for getting around. Staff were always saying hello, when we'd go and come from hotel, even if they were busy, looking at their computers; they would acknowledge, which was nice. There is a room in lobby area, that allows guests to leave their luggage,, for hours, and then return to pick it up, when they need to. We were happy with our stay here, and would return, if we visit the city again. We would recommend others to stay here as well.
