I paid a premium to leave my vehicle at this place as it was a secured spot fenced in lit up with security cameras. I installed a steering wheel club as an extra precaution. According to my ford app the trucks security system was disabled around 4pm in the afternoon. I was parked 40ft from the main entrance front doors. Somebody came in the secured area in full day light disabled the security system cut the steering wheel club and got through the security gate without anyone noticing? Apparently this happens all the time from that lot. Hmmmmm! Marriott should look into it, unless they already know about it, The rest of the staff is very helpful

Dear Mike D, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments with us. I am truly sorry about the incident with your car, and I can understand your dissatisfaction and frustration. We do all we can to avoid incidents as such, adding the closed fence and barriers as you mentioned, along with security cameras and hotel overnight security rounds done daily in hopes to avoid these types of incidents. Thank you again for sharing your feedback Sincerely, Ana

Very average. In a very industrial part of the city, off of a highway. Sad furnishings which are very old and worn in. The state of the benches in the breakfast restaurant (attached) say everything about this place.

Front desk is often unstaffed. Rooms are quite small, enough that you can barely walk around the queen bed and can't walk around the unfolded sofa bed. You'll likely find there's no place to put your luggage while you're there. Internet is fine. Indoor pool heavy with chlorine and not heated that I could tell. Washer/dryer onsite but $4 in coins each use. TVs don't have Chromecast. Sofa bed is cheap foam and soggy. Daily room service stops early so if you don't get your room done in the morning you probably can't get new towels etc. No ice machines. Free parking. Four electric charging outlets (two Tesla) by Courtyard next door. No daily water offered. Breakfast closes at 9am which we though was really early given we're from California. Onsite ATM was out of service. Parking is easy/free. Not near ANYTHING but an easy exit off the 40.

Great location if you’re here for business and want to be close to the airport, but not at the airport. Rooms are classic Residence Inn. Comfy and spacious. Good water pressure in the shower, good lighting in the vanity. Upscale, nice smelling, full-size toiletries in the shower which was nice to see. The fitness facilities are surprisingly good and shared with the adjoining Courtyard. My only criticism was the breakfast. Might be a carryover from Covid, because I understand it was pretty good a few years ago, but it was pretty bad unless you’re into oatmeal. Having said that, it’s a Residence Inn, so you have a full kitchen to take care of yourself, or you can walk indoors to the Courtyard and pay to eat at YUL. Plenty of food in walking distance as well. Groceries available at the nearby Walmart. I will absolutely stay here again.

Forget about this place if your flight leaves before 7am The earliest shuttle is at 4. So international flight that leave at 6:00 don’t work. You have to book a taxi Restaurant is understaffed and super slow which is not what you want after day of traveling. It was a 3 hour wait to get food. Truly underwhelming.

Dear guest, We thank you for sharing your experience with us, once again we apologize for not meeting your expectations. Effectively our shuttle only runs from 4h30am to 11h30pm daily. We had also received last some minute reservations for a canceled flight, which caused the restaurant to become overwhelmed with the last minute reservations. We are truly sorry we missed the opportunity to give you the service you deserved. Please let me know personally if your travels bring you back to Montreal, I would love the opportunity to service you again. We take great pride in all of our guests experiences, I will make sure to share your comments with the team. I used mostly 90% of the Hotels around Montreal airport during the years. I was sent to this property because another hotel made a mistake in my reservation and they were s/out. I big mistake happened at check-in at 9pm with my rates, but the customer service was amazing in resolving the issue by 9am next morning. Rooms are really spacious, very clean and kitchen is amazing with many amenities. Breakfast was done in Covid mode, a person will take your choice and put them in a box to go, choice was excellent and food was really good, specially the croissants. Very big Parking. Excellent location for shopping if you have time, Ikea just in front Mall about 3 mn drive from hotel. This is going to be my first hotel of choice in Montreal airport area in the future.

Had a great experience at this hotel. Opted for the one-bedroom apartment. Great choice. My wife had to work one day remotely while we were in town, so I was able to stay in the other room and we didn't disturb each other. Room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. Close to the airport, but was reasonably soundproof, even though we were very close to a flight path. The ladies serving the full hot breakfast were super helpful. So was the gentleman checking me in late at night - he recognized my silver status and immediately offered me a late checkout. Combine all this with the fact that the hotel is close to all the places I need to go to when I am in town, and this is my new go-to when I need to get a hotel in Montreal.

My family and best friend's family stayed at the Rez Inn Montreal Airport for 5 nights. It was memorable. I spoke to the manager before arriving and she was able to make an accommodation for us that was much appreciated. You should know that this Rez Inn is different than most because: A: It has two bedroom suites that accommodate EIGHT, not six, with 2 queens in one room and a king in the other (and a sofa bed). B: It has balconies though we didn't see any planes coming and going from it (wrong angle?). It does not have ovens in the 2 bedroom suites (for those that care) but as with all Rez Inns, it has a stovetop (this one has two), full sized fridge, full kitchen and a spacious suite. The beds are VERY comfortable. While being close to the airport, they have sound proof glass. You CANNOT hear the planes in the room. One could kvetch about the room cleaning service reliability when requesting it, but guests need to understand that the federal government has shafted many businesses by incentivizing people to not go to work by continuing to throw money at workers due to an upcoming election (bribery)/pandemic-keeping that in mind, they did service our room nicely when it was serviced, and guests at ANY hotel should be prepared for these issues at pretty much all hotels in Canada until mid-September when the government stops throwing money at people to stay home. The breakfast was very nice-they aren't allowing people to serve themselves, but they are providing much of their breakfast, allowing guests the option of eating there or in their rooms. The pool has a pandemic limit of ten, which, considering other hotels still have their pool closed, one needs to be understanding and grateful. The front desk staff do everything they can to accommodate-kudos to Rosanna but they ALL did what they could to make our stay special. For those visiting Montreal with kids, take advantage of the "Montreal Passport" for $57, that allows you to choose different activities to do. Also, the three for one price pass at the Botanical Gardens, Biodome (awesome), and Planetarium are a good deal. Thanks so much to the front desk staff and the manager! We hope to be back some day to the Rez Inn Montreal Airport!
