Awesome place! I was traveling from WA state. This place is great. Always clean and everything works perfect. Inna in the evening was a perfect host at the restaurant area. They do have restaurant type breakfast instead of bistro. Julienne and David were phenomenal at the breakfast time.ppl at check in are all kind and friendly. Fire grill restaurant is close by and young Katherine waiter were phenomenal. The lady serving my room was very good. This place is not far away from Airport and about 20-24 min from Downtown. Uber was only 30$Cad and I parked my car at the train station (a little pass Marriott Chateau Hotel. I think I paid about 24$Cad for 6 hours. There is plenty of places to eat but it’s a bit far away from the city center.

DO NOT PARK AND FLY from this Hotel. Our Vehicle was stolen from this Hotels "Secure" parking lot. The Police said this Hotel has one of the Highest Rates of stolen vehicles. Hotel does nothing to secure your vehicle.

Very surprised by the rating. I stayed in December and was shocked by the room: unclean and way below the brand standards. It was a very unpleasant night, with no option to ask to not be disturbed, so ending very early in the morning with staff knocking. Will not go back and very disappointed.

If you need a room for a long flight layover as this area is close to the airport, or a stop for the night on a road trip, then this is a great hotel. The rooms are clean and well kept, housekeeping is efficient, and the restaurant is surprisingly good. There are also restaurants nearby, although note that this area looks like an industrial park. However, if you are looking for a hotel that can be a base for exploring Montreal, do not book here, as its location is awful for getting into the city. Given that it is next to the highway, you will have to navigate Montreal's poorly designed motorways to enter downtown. Unless you know your way around Montreal's awful highway system, you will be setting up yourself for a lot of driving headaches. Better to book a room closer to the city if that is what you want to explore.…

Thank you for your review. We are happy you enjoyed your stay. Indeed our hotel is not in the city therefore if the goal of your visit is to be downtown, you do have to plan for travel time. It is possible by car but also by public transportation if you don't want the hassle of driving. We appreciate your time to communicate your experience.

Although not a JW in terms of rooms and amenities, what makes this hotel excellent is its staff. I stayed here back in March for a week and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would absolutely recommend if you’re staying close to the airport. A HUGE thank you to both Sendy and Joelle! These ladies truly set the bar in terms of guest service. Not only was my stay excellent, but I had left my electric shaver in the room and they’d kept it for me for over 3 months.

I liked the hotel. It’s close to the airport and around 20 mins drive to the downtown. The service was really good. The room was very clean and looked new. They have good breakfast at the hotel. There is a small mall close to the hotel. Free self parking. Very good price to what was offered.

After a weekend of H*LL with 2 little kids, missed flights, terrible experiences with the airline customer service, lack of sleep and lack of recourses, THIS BRANCH and their ENTIRE STAFF, came through for us 3 nights in a row. They helped us when we were desperate for solutions and they guided us when we needed items for the babies. They answered every question with a smile. The truth is, I never want to see Montreal again, but if I absolutely have to, there’s no question that this is the only place I’m going to spend my time and money. This hotel used to be fantastic. Good service, clean, well maintained. My stay last night was not very good and the staff ineffective. I noticed when going to bed there was no hot water and did not think much to it. In the morning there was still no hot water and I started my day with a cold shower. When I told the front desk staff about this, I was told that the maintenance staff would look at it when they came to work. This means that the hot water was not available for the entire evening and night and no maintenance person was called in. This is unacceptable for a hotel and I was still charged the full rate for the stay. Too bad this once great hotel is now not recommended

We booked a package that included the hotel stay, up to 14 nights parking, and shuttle. Check in was friendly and staff professional. Hotel room was nice, and clean. It had a mini fridge, but not a microwave. Shuttle to the airport at 5:00 AM was on time and driver was friendly. Return shuttle on Monday evening Nov 29 was another matter. We called the hotel and was told the shuttle would be there in 25 minutes. We went to the pick up doors and waited outside. And we waited. And we Waited. 45 Minutes later I called the hotel and was told the shuttle would be there in 5 minutes. And we Waited. And we Waited. I called back and they finally admitted they could not get a hold of the driver. We were never offered an alternative or reimbursement if we took a taxi. Finally after an hour and 25 minutes, the driver decided he would appear and had very little to say. There were 4 couples waiting for the shuttle. We did not say anything to the driver as he did not look to be in a good mood. Not a great experience,…

First time I stayed here. Arrived exhausted at 11am after traveling all night and losing bags, etc. KIMBERLEY, at the front desk, was so remarkably helpful with every detail that she could help me with. They quickly whisked me into an available room so that I could sleep. As well, the staff assisted with business center questions and issues and made suggestions about a variety of things to make my stay more pleasant. The hotel itself is very clean, quiet and comfortable. I ordered room service and spoke with someone very pleasant and helpful on the phone. The food was delicious. I often don’t bother to write a review when I just stay somewhere one night, but this time I really felt compelled to give them a shout out. They are doing a fabulous job and I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking for a place close to the airport.…
