The technology is up to date and it actually works. Good climate control, fast internet, great beds, well-furnished (yes, hotel furniture you will actually use, with ample surfaces), practical closet (with a luggage rack and safe), bright lighting, nice shower, decent breakfast choices for continental....More
We stayed for 5 nights.
Standard of the hotel: 5/5 star.
Standard of the room: 5/5 star. Room 812 was excellent. There was construction taking place opposite the hotel, but the double glazing kept the noise out.

Rooms clean and comfortable. Bath accessories good and plenty. Bath has only shower but very big and clean. Coffee tea and water free. Good breakfast but no vegtables. Very close to. Convention center and tourist attractions.
The room was well appointed, with comfortable beds, fridg and coffee available. Would've been quieter in the back of the hotel, as construction started right across the street at 7A each morning. Earplugs made this OK. The gratis breakfast was a great way to start...More
Simple boutique hotel steps away from Old Montreal. Surprisingly quiet despite hardwood floors and soaring ceilings. Decent bed, good pillows, modern shower. Towel hooks and door peepholes appear to have been installed by a giant, however. At 5'5", I had to stand on tiptoe to...More

Designed to connect and beautify unused space, today the Quartier International is like a transversal piece of modern art. The distinctive design flair is most apparent at its focal point, the Palais des Congres, a convention centre and retail space with a multi-coloured glass exterior and an equally bold interior motif. Outdoors too, the Quartier is friendly towards public art exhibits along its stylish, plotted
city squares, with extra-wide sidewalks meant to encourage long strolls and shaded benches available for absorbing the atmosphere. Fresh air and promenades characterise the area, from the foliage of Victoria Square to the fountain of Place Jean-Paul Riopelle, while the restaurants along Rue Saint-Antonie Ouest and Metro stops modeled in the Parisian style give off European glamour.
